Great bamboo TP
Great bamboo TP. Soft and strong at the same time, and now regular TP annoys me. The bamboo is legit my favorite TP. Props to this firm for creating something that is better and helps the environment and for giving back to non-profits. It's a win-win-win.

Toilet paper is very poor quality (thin and tiny sheets). Meant to be ‘green’ but is made in China and thus incurs long distance travel costs and rolls are individually wrapped and then boxed in cardboard!
Have been asked by the company for further details which seems to include my email, name and mobile. Not willing to provide this information and my comments above are self explanatory.

We did ask for more details so that we could understand exactly which product you used and what specifically fell short so we can share that insight with our production team. These conversations are how we keep improving, so your input matters.
With regard to our individual wrappers it's something we put a lot of thought into when we started out. These help keep the rolls protected and hygienic during transit and storage until you're ready to use them. These are made from bamboo, so no trees are harmed, and our packaging is made from recycled materials.
We also know that manufacturing in China raises questions, especially around sustainability, but have really close working relationships with our production partners and we are committed to manufacturing our goods in the best locations to deliver customer value, quality, sustainability and delight, whilst always ensuring the people and communities who make our products are working in safe, ethical and respectful environments. As for our shipping, this is 100% carbon-neutral from our factories all the way to your doorstep. And is just the first step in helping us lower our emissions across our business!

It's too easy
It's too easy. Set and forget. I was initially worried that the paper quality was going to be that of a cheap petrol station but I was pleasantly surprised. It's soft, it's nice, it doesn't pill on the bits. I love to open my cupboard and observe my stacked rolls looking more like an art installation than a stock cupboard. I also love what the brand is doing with their profits, I love a mindful and impactful company.

The Best Paper around
I've been using Who Gives a Crap for almost 5 years now, it's so easy, paper turns up when you need it or you can alter the delivery times, quality is amazing - don't know why you wouldn't choose this brand for your paper needs :)

Not hospital cactus
Ok. It’s not Charmin ultra soft. But it’s also not 1 ply hospital cactus. And to be fair it never pretended to be Charmin Ultra Soft. For what it said it was it’s a full five stars glowing review and definitely worth the price.

Bamboo TP
The toilet paper I chose was bamboo. Bamboo is a natural resource that is quick to replenish. The tissue is excellent quality to your bum! Shipping time was fast. I appreciate this company that gives back! I will be a continued customer and definitely recommend Who Gives A Crap! There was an unexpected surprise when the roll ended!

Beware they use EVRI so your delivery may not happen
What went wrong?
They sent my parcel with EVRI.
What can they do better next time?
Don't use EVRI...and actually do something when things go wrong.
Our order was meant to arrive 5th Aug. 11th Aug it was returned to WGAC and then...nothing.
No communication.
No redelivery attempt.
No refund.
No response to our web form enquiry (waited over a week).
Have now disputed the payment with the bank.
The product is fine, but so are lots of other brands of toilet roll. However its not worth the hassle of having to deal with this company and their awful delivery partner.

Well worth it
Ready to order. Good customer service with really nice follow up emails.
TP is perfect for me, thick and last a long time. My house of 4 ( 3 adults and 1 child ( 2 of which are heavy handed users)) had a case last 2.5 months. Next one came before the other one ran out. So nice to not worry about TP. Also nice to know it's serving a good cause.

I’ve been a loyal Who Gives A Crap customer for years, regularly buying large amounts of toilet paper for my family of five. As a parent of three kids, I love that the brand is environmentally friendly and makes sustainability part of our everyday lives. It has also helped me teach my children the importance of protecting the environment and making more sustainable choices. With how much toilet paper our household uses, it feels great knowing that our regular purchases support a more environmentally conscious choice. Ummmm, I never thought I would be reviewing toilet paper, but i love this stuff. Minimal, but adorable packaging and its so absorbent and doesn't fall apart so I find myself using way less than I did with my old costco stuff. A+

Awful service
Great product but ZERO customer service.
I have been a long time customer of Who Gives A Crap but never again. On Aug3 I placed an order and they responded with communication telling me that my order was dispatched and I could track it, this was a blatant lie. On Aug 19th I still had no delivery so I enquired. Turns out the product I ordered was now all sold out and they could not supply me....but what about the one they claimed to have sent? It was not sent but they still were very keen to grab my money as fast as they could. What resolution was I offered? Maybe a discounted order or a gift of some sort? No, I was invited to order a different product and they would not charge me for delivery.....PATHETIC. My last two orders took an awful longtime to arrive as well, this is because they use the delivery service Evri, which we all know is terrible. Do yourself a favour and order from one of the other online TP companies, avoid these liars like the plague.

Incredible product and customer service - the best in the game
I use this brand at home when I'm with my parents, and it works great, the wrapping makes it decorative, and I love their mission. This year while I'm at university I decided to get some for myself. I ordered a pack for myself this year but ended up in an incredibly stressful and complicated situation so I would have to move back home and couldn't keep the order, and although my order had already dispatched extremely promptly, Sheryll was an incredible help when I submitted a request late last night, lifting a weight off my shoulders and solving the toilet paper issue immediately this morning. I will absolutely order again when I can, the product and customer service is the best in the game. Thank you so much!

Strong soft and recycled
I don’t spend much time thinking about toilet paper, because the order is shipped automatically and the paper does its job without causing any problems to me personally or to the planet. A subscription to recycled toilet paper saves me time, money and worry about my impact to the world we share.

Impossible to cancel subscription
This company seriously needs to be more transparent about its subscription practices. I genuinely thought I had cancelled my subscription, but the website only showed it as “inactive.” Then, completely unexpectedly, it automatically renewed.
I’m now stuck with two years’ worth of products that I have nowhere to store, and I’ve lost a significant amount of money as a result. The website/company is terrible and does not make it clear or even seem possible to properly and permanently cancel a subscription. This whole process feels extremely misleading and needs to be addressed.
