I'd searched for non-bleached toilet…
I'd searched for non-bleached toilet rolls for years so I'm happy to have found a supplier. The paper quality is good & there is a lot on a roll + it's delivered to your door. What not to like?

Hi there, Janet! We're so chuffed reading this review. We're glad you stumbled upon our rolls after a long search for unbleached ones! While we are not using any traditional bleach, we do whiten them using an elemental chlorine-free (ECF) process to get them clean and bright without the nasty chemicals. That said, it’s awesome to hear that the rolls are a hit for you - from how great the paper feels to the sheer convenience of having your TP supply arrive right at your doorstep. TOILET ROLL/KITCHEN TOWEL
I have recently started using Who Gives a Crap toilet roll which is great. So because I was so pleased with the toilet roll, I thought I would also give the Kitchen Towels a go and unfortunately my experience was not the same. I found it very hard and tearing from the roll was a nightmare too as it ripped leaving half the sheet, which was already small pieces, on the roll, so unfortunately I will not purchase anymore.

We are so sorry to hear about your experience. We've reviewed this internally, and we know how frustrating the back-and-forth is while trying to sort out your accounts. Subscriptions are meant to make life easier, but having two accounts can get confusing. We want to reassure you that our team has gone in and confirmed that both subscriptions are officially cancelled, so you won't receive any further charges. And while account deletion is a separate step, it should still be effortless, without any questions or hassle and that has also been taken care of, so both accounts will be deleted.
We recognise where we fell short here, and while we don't always get things right the first time, we're always ready to step up and make things right. We do appreciate you flagging this, as it's a chance for us to learn. We can't thank you enough for your patience, time and for your honest feedback!

The delivery experience of delivery is… good
The delivery experience of delivery is 5 star. The toilet rolls (I purchased bamboo) however, is not. Euro for Euro there are better toilet rolls; thicker and longer and without a cardboard centre. they may have pretty packaging but they are not as good as a toilet roll you can buy off the shelf or through Amazon such as lotus. I buy them as emergency stock from time to time. they are produced in china which is also somewhat of a contradiction to ethical standards when it comes to carbon miles. A bit of 'greenwashing' here. Can't remember date of last purchase but just ordered for stocks.

So easy to set a subscription and not have to worry about running out of TP any time! The paper itself is definitely high quality, and I feel good about my environmental impact. Also, all components of the item, from the packaging to the roll, are recyclable!

100% recommend
When I first bought the toilet paper I was convinced it was a lot more expensive than what I bought in the shop. However I loved the idea of it being better for the environment and less toxic for us so wanted to try it. I ordered a box of 48 at the end of February, there are two of us in our house with plenty of guests visiting. We still have so much left, I’ve had to delay our next delivery by atleast a month (I think probably more). It’s been so worth it, cheaper and better for the environment

I’ve been a Who Gives a Crap subscriber for 8 years. I love that I’m helping the environment & people who need amenities that we take for granted. The premium bamboo TP is good quality, the customer service has always been exceptional and I can make changes to my delivery date of my order each time it comes around. 2026 switched over to bamboo due to dust etc on standard bog rolls (this is why you have a constant runny nose often...check after you have used paper!)
I also no longer roll sheets into a ball, but use them
flat which saves around 50%
works out after 5 roll test
CHEEKY PANDA
54p x 5rolls /10days = 25p per day (2nd best in use)
Andrex Ultimate Quilts = 60p per day - rubbish
72p x 5 rolls / 6days
Andrex Complete Clean
66p x 5 rolls /11days = 30p per day - very good
WHO GIVES A CRAP
£1.05 per roll x 5 rolls / 12days (so far) = 44p per day (I would say this is best in use)
WGAC were the best and you really do only need a few sheets at a time as its very strong in use and never had a tear. The actual product is well worth 5stars (Im 60+ and been through a few brands in my time) I would say the best, with cheeky close "behind"! Sadly let down by high prices, almost double cheeky etc and quite shifty tactics on the website, all a little too vague for me so i can see how many here have been caught out. Not a nice way to do business guys. I did cancel my subs today, but website still unclear. I also removed my payment method. I contacted support and asked them to confirm (take screenshots etc) and amazing Jerome replied within minutes with a lovely confirmation so now I am all sorted. In the old days we used to say "don't spoil the ship for a ha'p'orth of tar"...so come on guys pull yer finger out and we may be back.

First and foremost, it is great TP. Secondly, it is better for the environment and the planet we live on; third and just as important, you are helping others. Oh, I forgot the most important thing! It doesn't burn my bottom like a very popular thin TP that starts with Sc and end with a T :(.

Ignored When Support Was Needed Most
I've been a customer for nearly a decade and am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. The company seems able to respond to Trustpilot reviews, yet my emails regarding the cancellation of an order and a refund have been ignored. As contacting the company directly is the only way to cancel an order, their lack of response has left me no way to resolve the issue. Due to the company's lack of communication, I will now receive an order that I do not need, do not want, and have no space for, despite trying to cancel it in advance. As a long-term customer, I expected much better service, communication, and support.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling ignored and let down by a company I have supported for many years.
Edit: I originally left a 1-star review, but I have now changed it to 5 stars because of how professionally and effectively they handled my complaint. Their response restored my faith in the company, and I am happy to continue my subscription.
