Bamboo is soft, luxury roll and really strong
I previously tried the standard roll due to the eco packaging, but wasn't massively impressed with the quality. HOWEVER, I've recently got the bamboo version which is so soft, luxurious and so much stronger than supermarket luxury ones. It never leaves them little balls of fluff on you and doesn't irritate in the slightest. I recommend and am disappointed whenever I have to use anything else now!

Who Gives A Crap…Exceptional customer service by Gracia
I have been using Who Gives A Crap bamboo toilet roll for several years as I love the quality and ethics.
My recent order got list in an EVRI delivery. Once I realised it hadn't been delivered after 2 weeks I wrote to WGAC asking for my order to be chased up. The customer service from Gracia was exceptional.
She replied within minutes, could see my order hadn't arrived. She has sent me another delivery within 24 hours along side a £10 refund off my next order. She has told me to keep the previous order if it does arrive even suggesting I donate to charity which is a lovely idea. Well done Gracia, absolutely perfect service

I am pleasantly surprised. Not all eco/ sustainable products have reached satisfactory standard yet. But these toilet rolls compete well with the regular market toilet rolls. They are comfortable to use, long lasting, come in a cute wrap and you're helping the environment. win, win, win.

Kudos all around
The toilet paper itself is both strong and soft. I don't need to use a handful, and I don't have toilet paper dust all over my bathroom, which is the situation with most major brands.
The service is great. Ordering is very easy, delivery is fast, and packaging is not wasteful. There's no plastic or styrofoam used, and the paper wrap on each roll is wildly colorful.
I've referred family members to Who Gives A Crap because they inevitably ask where I get my toilet paper. They enjoy your sense of humor, as do I.
Furthermore, that the company supports resources for people and environmental responsibility is important to me. I hope to continue to be a customer for many years.
Finally, your cat is beautiful.

Absolutely love them. Have used for years.
I think this company is absolutely brilliant. We have now been using their products for a number of years. Their toilet rolls and kitchen roll and tissues last longer than the vast majority of other companies do and they are good quality. You order in bulk so you save money in the long run. I think it's great that they do fun themed wrapping occasionally however this does come at an extra cost to have these more fun designs. Customer service has always been great when there's been a problem. Happy to replace refund on evidence provided with very minimal hassle which is hard to find nowadays. They are always polite and quick to respond to.

Poor experience
I returned to WGAC on the basis of earlier experience. I only wanted a single purchase but the only thing I could find was a subscription deal. I proceeded and immediately explained my frustration. I was assured that the subscription was cancelled
However today I had an email with news about my next delivery 🚚. Fortunately, cancellation was easy but the frustration has crossed the company off my list
However the products cannot be faulted

Ace customer service
Been a subscriber for years now.
Recently we had an order confirmed and shipped while we were on holiday - I only noticed after the 'shipped' email.
I emailed to ask if they could stop the order since we were away, and customer service cancelled super fast, before it was shipped.
Ace customer service that was impressive for this size of company. Our bums are happy too!

Just got my second box. Love this TP. Used to be a certain brand type and then tried this at a friend’s and joined. Soft and durable and I love that it’s sustainable and helping a great cause. Getting it delivered straight to my house is the icing on the cake.

Fast delivery for good toilet paper & stuff
Fast delivery for good toilet paper and other home products. The toilet paper individually wrapped for either displaying nicely (if you're that sort of person, which I am) or gifting as a cheeky "happy move" sort of present. The tissues are great (not too rough until you're at the point where if ANYTHING touches your nose it hurts), and I appreciate that I have paper towels I can use for cat messes and not feel bad they're going in the trash.

Worst toilet roll I have ever used
Worst toilet roll I have ever used. Disintegrates when using, falls apart or rolls unless you use more of it to create thickness. Threw 20 rolls away in the end. It is also vastly more expensive than probably the best product I’ve ever used - not who you would expect (I won’t say in case it sounds like marketing)

LOVE this brand!
I have my TP on a shelf in my bathroom, so I REALLY need it to be pretty and wrapped (not exposed to the elements prior to being on the roller!).
The ordering/delivery has been smooth and easy, the TP packaging is lovely and the feel and strength of the TP is perfecto! Lasts a really long time!
How can you go wrong when the company is also trying it's best to give back and has ethical practices?! I think you've got yourself a life-long user! :)

What an amazing product
What an amazing product! Not only did I find what I was looking for in a more environmentally conscious choice but the quality is amazing as well. Throw in the cute wrappers and it’s a 5 star product. The customer success team was also on point when my box got lost in the mail. They sent a new one out asap and it was super seamless!
