Their clothes arrive in cute custom packaging with their logo on it, and they offer easy returns for items that don't fit. I really do not understand why people are so harsh on them. But after searching for their website to make another purchase, I came across those reviews and was shocked. As a happy customer, I felt the least I could do was to share my own experience here, which is totally different from what others have mentioned.
