Auf keinen Fall dort bestellen. Ich habe einen Kimono erhalten mit Löchern unter den Armen. Der wurde ganz klar falsch zusammengenäht. Die Hälfte der Ärmel war zugenäht - ganz anders als auf den Bildern der Website.

Der Kundenservice wollte mir dann weiß machen, dass das so gehört. Super unseriös. Ich hoffe, ich kann den retournieren und bekomme mein Geld zurück.

I ordered two vases on February 19th and haven’t received so much as a shipping confirmation as of April 2nd. Reached out via email and on social media and have heard nothing.

Scam... Realized this was a shady shop with clothes either never arriving or coming from china and taking months.

I requested to cancel my order shortly after I placed it, and they responded back that my order “already left the building”, which I knew was a lie. I asked for an updated tracking number, and never heard back.

I filed a chargeback with my credit card company and hoping to get my refund.

They aren't worth even 1 star.
They take your money and nothing else happens.

No reply, nothing sent

Fraudsters. I paid for the order, and a month passed with no goods or money. Messages are not answered. be careful

I ordered a lamp for my granddaughter for Christmas. I have emailed them numerous times with only an auto response email. All I wanted was an approximate eta. All I have recieved is crickets!!

I don't think this is a trustworthy shop. The quality of the products I received was poor, reminiscent of cheap items from brands like Temu or Shein. Furthermore, the products were shipped directly from China, which took several months. When I attempted to initiate a return, the customer service has not responded to me for weeks. This situation seems quite suspicious, and I do not recommend this shop.

Obwohl ich extra darauf geachtet hatte nur Artikel zu bestellen, die ich kostenlos zurück senden kann, sollte ich die Retoure selbst zahlen. Es gab ein monatelanges hin und her, da der Rückversand nach GB ohne Retourenlabelt sehr kompliziert und teuer ist. Irgendwann kam dann gar keine Antwort mehr.
Ich konnte die Artikel in wirklich schlechter Qualität also nicht zurück senden und habe mein Geld nie wieder bekommen.

Don't know what happened with customer service but they seem to have all fallen off the face of the earth.
Asked a question before ordering, awesome response time answered all my questions. Ordered a bowl and a tea diffuser for my late Aunt back in February.

Got the bowl end of March beginning of April, super cute but did come with a chip taken out if it. Bummer but wasn't gonna sweat it.
Tea diffuser never came.

My aunt passed away suddenly, and I finally remembered a couple weeks ago that I still hadn't got her tea diffuser.
Emailed customer service, they responded very quickly, letting me know my order hadn't ever shipped out and asked what I wanted to do.

Well it was a gift for my aunt and shes no longer with us so I asked for a refund.
I was told that a management team member would get back to me.

Nothing, I have sent at least two emails to follow up since then.
So from February to now I have received only half my order and they are just going to keep my $80+ for sh*ts and giggles.

I finally received a response and refund from the company.
Such a bummer it had to get to this point, however since everything was taken care of I am editing my review and updating my rating.

Only got half my order. Sent two emails to customer service and still have no response.
