I've just been told by Cara a few moments ago that Ann will call me
I was expecting Sally Owen to call earlier this week as she told me she was on holiday last week from the week before. Her last work day being Friday 18th August 23
What is highly suspect is Cara initially told me that she is not in the business and then when I pressed Cara she then said she is on holiday this week too.
Yourselves have lied to me as a customer from phones lines and Internet not working. Lame excuses for not taking responsibility
I will escalate my experience further as I am so happy I did not order my new bathroom from yourselves after purchasing my new kitchen from Wren Kitchens in Orpington, Kent

It's time to grow up and take responsibility and stop making promises that are broken
It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced in any company to date anywhere

The eighth wonder of the world
In a world whereby patience is something that appears to have been thrown into the trashcan repeatedly and then some it's truly refreshing when you come across the like of a retailer staff member who goes by the name Hadia (8237). I must admit when I 1st came across her although truly knowledgeable and professional she always appeared to hold back from smiling (And that by the way isn't a criticism). However, today she truly surpassed her usual high standard of professionalism and great customer care by smiling as she closed by purchase. By the way for other customers that frequent Wicks in Alperton but have never seen it, it's up there with the 7 wonders of the world, you cannot believe just how wonderful it makes you feel.

Brought 3 sleepers for the garden. 2 were fine. But 1 wasn’t so good. Delivery was excellent from a third party.
FALSE ADVERTISING
I have just bought 5 packs of soft wood clading the jod size was 850 mm so I got 5 packs of 900mm got them home removed the plastic wrapping measure up for cutting but sadly the numties can't measure because they are only 820mm long until that illegal false advertising, I warn you measure before you get ripped off by theas thriving numpties
Don't believe next day delivery
Waited in all day as item was sold as next day delivery. E mails from the courier DX we have got your parcel, then will deliver between 7am-7pm, then e mail to say time slot of 12.15-2.15. Tracked parcel to 5miles way then it disappeared off screen. At 4.45 rang DX to have automated voice saying they were unable to deliver today and make new arrangements for tomorrow. What a shambles wasted my whole day and still no shower. If I had known I would have picked up elsewhere . Next day delivery is a sprat to catch a mackrel.

Great service from Wicks Wolverhampton, I’ve recently redecorated a house we rent out and I’ve purchased a number of items recently.
They have always stocked everything I need at a reasonable price.
In the couple of times I’ve needed advice the staff are always helpful and professional.
I’ve also noticed the manager is always on the shop floor to help his staff out , he runs a great store.

Brought our kitchen of wicks and had them fit it first fitter that was going to fit our kitchen broke his foot and could not fit at short notice wicks found us another kitchen fitter who arranged to come look at our kitchen this turned out to be ABDUL he came out and said he would start on the Monday Abdul came at the time he said 9.am and worked all day striped out our kitchen and cleared walls of paper and tile s he arranged for a plaster to come and plaster our walls the very next day and did an excellent job after a couple of days of drying out Abdul came back and fitted our kitchen did an excellent job and would highly recommend his work Abdul is a top class kitchen fitter will recommend his services to any one thank you Abdul for a 5 star service

And the saga continues ….. had an email response due to the first Trustpilot review below …… we gave them the information required (3rd time of doing so) and …… you guess it ….nothing. We are told Customer Service can not even contact their own Installation Managers to get them to correct the appalling workmanship…..
The wait continues ….. be warned read the TrustPilot reviews before you commit any money to Wicks and good luck if you do…..

Spent £25k on a kitchen in March, started work in July and still not completed ..... Showroom Design Manager visited home to see the poor workmanship and unfinished areas, but has no authority to help nor can the Showroom Manager ( honest this is what they said ...happy to take the money though)!!!, Now pushed on the Customer Service team who acknowledge the issues from the reports and photos - but don't have any authority to do anything - Apparently its the Installation Mangers responsibility to sort out issues - no one else's .... but the Installation Manager doesn't respond to any emails or contact ..... No one at Wicks will take any responsibility or ownership, no one rings back or gives us updates, everyone says there are issues to sort and promises they will do what they can - but we never get a call back and we simply have to start again with whoever answers the phone when we call every week !! .... Awful experience, Awful communication, Awful company .... £25K on a dream kitchen which is now a nightmare !!

The fences have slats and they are falling down so I have least privacy
Contacted wicks who in a nut shell said it wasn’t guaranteed against this happening they blamed the manufacturer
my former fence which was over20years old but this didn’t happen to that it was also the same design

Bought a new kitchen and had it fitted…
Bought a new kitchen and had it fitted by Wicks. The fitting went well which is for the 1 star.
Between 6- 12 months the top started to bubble where the drainer sits by the sink. Contacted wicks who sent the fitter back took a couple of poor photos and left.
Contacted customer services as they didn't bother, who hadn't done anything so after prompting Contacted the the supplier who said it was heat transference without any investigation, I explained that it was nowhere near any heat source and the were required to investigate further but they just ignored me and stuck be this decision. No investigation, poor communication, different people getting involved who clearly had no idea and you know you were on to a looser. Will never recommend Wicks kitchens, once they have your money they don't want to know....
AVOID WICKS
This is the first time I have ever bothered writing a review! Please avoid WICKS. After a short time after our kitchen was installed, unsightly veneer chips began to appears on a number of panels. The mechanism in our corner unit also failed - leading to the the unit not opening or closing. The local rep (Ben) visited our property and supported our claim and advised we contacted Wicks via their website, which we did. The Wicks fitter (Brian) also agreed that the corner unit was faulty. However, after numerous emails, our claim was denied and we were recommended to liaise with Citizen Advice Bureau. Head office made decisions without reviewing the evidence, we felt their goal was to grind us down and to find any excuse to avoid liability. Eventually, WICKS did grind us down. The ongoing claim began to affect our mental health, we walked away from our claim and are left with an unsightly kitchen and a corner unit that we can't use. We are a couple in our late 50's, no crazy kitchen parties or toddlers bashing into the units. We believe the product WICKS sold us was not fit for purpose. Please don't make the same mistake we made. Avoid WICKS - we wished we had!
