Went into Wigoos today (29.12.23) for the first time with my daughter just to browse. We were greeted with warm smiles from father & son and were completely looked after, made to feel relaxed and given full attention from them both. They were very knowledgeable in all their vast range of diverse products and we were completely blown away with the fantastic customer service received, we’re still talking about it now. From just browsing, we ended up purchasing quality products and we will definitely be visiting the shop again, even if it’s for a friendly chat! Wising Wigoos lots of success in 2024 😁

Fantastic shop. It has a huge range of products that work very well! I ordered a wig from there and it was amazing it looked amazing and the quality didn’t seem cheap like them other brands. The quality is overall amazing i 10/10 recommend u buy from there.

Can somebody please tell me why speaking to Wigoos feels like speaking to family or someone you’ve known for years.

I had never heard of this company before and as I was searching for specific items that seem to be out of stock everywhere, wigoos had them to my absolute delight.

The person I spoke to was so very kind, informative and pragmatic.

They kept me up to date, replied to emails within half an hour outside of normal working hours I might add.

I ordered my items in the evening after 4 pm and they arrived the next day, so imagine my surprise when I opened the box to find extra goodies inside. I swear I ran to my kids to show them the extra goodies, being a single mum with little family I don’t get many treats so this was so so kind, I’m keeping them all
I’m not sharing them.

This will be my go to company for ordering now I’ve discovered them.

OMG the best place for all your Afro hair and needs…. Where do I start firstly the shop is nice clean and easy to find staff are super friendly and willing to help… products are fairly priced not marked up at all… now here’s where they go the extra mile I called the shop to ask their opening hours and to enquire if they could fill an order and possibly deliver it that same day as I was having a crisis…. Not only did they fill my entire order deliver it to me within 3hrs but they also gave me a discount code to waive the delivery fee… absolutely exceptional customer service I’ve recommended to all my family and friends and would recommend them to anybody in need of hair products… OUTSTANDING 👏👏👏👏

The shop is so clean one of the best shops in High Wycombe and the staff are so nice and respectful. No complaints just good vibes. Definitely my spot now for all my hair and beauty products! I have recently purchased some hair oils & extensions from Wigoos.

Firstly, I would like to say. The customer service was exceptional. The staff was very knowledgeable about the product range, offering different solutions and being completely honest with how the results should look, how often/frequently to use the products.

To add to this, it has been over a few weeks since my purchase as I wanted to test these products before leaving a review and the results have been amazing!

I couldn’t recommend Wigoos enough, if you want to shop somewhere which is local, offer great variety of products and have deliver exceptional customer service.

The product ordered was good. When my parcel did not arrive on time based on the mistake on the address, Wigoos's company staff I spoke to, redirected the parcel via the delivery company without laying blames which left me speechless.

Absolutely fantastic service from these guys. My daughter was getting married and was literally told at the last minute she needs human hair extensions, for the hairstyle she wanted. Contacted Wigoos and they were so kind and helpful, opened up the shop late at night and saved the day for my daughter. Really appreciated their help.
