I have purchased wigs from this site for at least 4 years and have had no problems whatsoever. Shipping is fast and the product is exactly what I ordered. I do have problems getting their emails with regarding to the shipping, but when I call, they give me the shipping info, so all is good. I would recommend WigSalon without hesitation.

I will definitely order again from them. They have excellent customer srrvicr. I had ordered a clearance wig and didn't like the color . They were glad to exchange it out for me. They sell only high quality wigs.

I ordered a wig and almost immediately I reached out to customer service to cancel. It was after hours ago but chat option available. Less than a few hrs later I received a ride email stating it was ordered prior day and was leaving warehouse. Mind you it was only a few hrs later but yes tech a day earlier. The same exact wig was not only cheaper on another site but had coupon. Will never do business with this business again and will openly share my bad experience to others.

I have been purchasing from Wig Salon for several years. They have consistently provided the best price, deliver what they advertise and on time. The quality of their products has always been great. I receive compliments all the time and often asked "is that your real hair?"
