I have been with them for around a year now and unlike other ISP's I have been with I have never had the slightest problem. The installation was smooth and hassle-free, the connection has always been stable and high-speed, and the price I pay very reasonable. I would highly recommend them

We had Jacob & Joshua here to change us to Wildernet today and they were brilliant.
They were quick and efficient and explained what they were doing and to two non technical oldies we feel we now have it all in hand.

I have found Wildernet customer service to be excellent I have been speaking with Major and have had every issue resolved after every phone call to the customer service line. Major has been professional and extremely helpful regarding each matter hence feeling the need to write this review!

From sign up to install and so far on going service very good I would say standout part was install my house wasn’t a straight forward install and joint had to be put in etc but for the installer Jamie nothing was to much great care to detail thank you

As above customer with cognitive impairment I needed lots of help.
Really easy to set up faster Internet but getting the digital telephone working was far more complex. Thanks to Major the customer support worker we eventually got incoming and outgoing and calls. I would have been happier if an engineer could have come to our house and installed the equipment on day one. Far less stressful.

Really happy with service provided, from sign on, survey, cable installation to router install by Chloe, couldn’t be happier.
Now have super fast broadband. Kids have finally stopped whinging (for now anyway!!)

Had to wait 3 months for access rights to power poles ( not wildanets fault). Once done Installation was attempted quickly but it took 3 visits to get it done. The first gave a slot of 8-12.30 and they arrived after 3pm. The text to say engineers on way came after they arrived. They couldn't complete the job. A wasted day off work! Second visit the home installers found out on connecting attempt that fibre not been spliced in yet from pole- engineers were supposed to do it that morning but delayed and told no one. Third attempt ( in same week) and all good, Derek our installation engineer was great. Polite, efficient, tidy and helpful. Wildanet had called me at work that day and I had said I could take no more time off, they ensured the engineer would arrive to meet me at an agreed time. Derek was there early and already on the job outside. Very happy now it's done!

I had a Wildanet engineer install my broadband connection today after discovering that Wildanet could provide me with a far faster connection for over £10 per month less than I was paying for my previous broadband connection. The engineer, Chloe was really friendly & was great at explaining exactly what she was doing & showing me the different steps that she had to go through to get the broadband up & running. She also installed the connection point straight into my lounge which is much more convenient than in my hallway as the previous company had connected it. All in all, a great experience from start to finish! Would highly recommend Chloe as an engineer & Wildanet as a company!

The Wildanet team is really quick in installing the broadband once they have all the permissions. They completed the digging (phase 1) and router installation (phase 2) in 2 days, back to back. They're very flexible as well and can accommodate our timings. The speed in Redruth is amazing. Comparing with Three 5G, it's like a 100 times improvement with me paying less to Wildanet. Totally recommend.

Excellent service from setting up my account to the teams that undertook the installation. I missed the ground works team but they did a really neat job taking the cable across to the house; to the second team that installed the external box and to the final team who brought the fibre into the house. A big thank you to Jamie, Kai and Finn. Really polite, professional, great team working amongest them and the work was so neat. Cable all clipped. Jamie ensured that the wifi was all working, explained the installation and the lights on the box and that my laptop and phone was all connected. Highly recommend. Thank you guys.

Highly recommend Jack for broadband installation. He was extremely professional, polite, and respectful of my home. He took the time to neaten all the cables and explain how the router works. Excellent service from start to finish.

The overall experience has been good
Laying of the fibre cable excellent and Chloe who installed the internal box was very professional and courteous
The only reason I didn’t give five star is because there was a lack of communication from customer service
I knew when Chloe was coming but not when the ground works team were due to start
Waiting on the routers to arrive …. Have not been informed as yet
so are unable to comment on the quality of the broadband
