ENO Hammock ordered and received

Wildbounds were selling the ENO hammocks cheaper than anywhere else. Wasnt 100% confident as some dissatisfaction on here. Received my hammock within a couple of days. No problem at all.

Sehr gut

Sehr gut! Einziger Laden im Internet, bei dem ich noch den Rucksack den ich wollte gefunden habe! Er wurde innerhalb von einem Tag gepackt und versendet. Hatte aus Versehen eine falsche E-Mail Adresse eingegeben. Da habe ich dem Kundenservice geschrieben und das wurde sofort behoben, innerhalb von 1 Stunde kam die Antwort.

Ich habe aus Deutschland bestellt und das Paket war innerhalb von 3 Werktagen bei mir, trotz Flug, Zoll, etc. Das bekommen manche Versandhandel aus Deutschland nicht mal hin. Versandkosten wurden auch nicht erhoben. Also: cheers und danke!

Wildbounds, exceptional

Great company, staff and communication. I was undecided what size I might be in a Snow Peak Jacket, after a convesation with Wildbounds I bought both sizes and returned one with no issues. I have bought from this company in the past and always receive my purchase promtly, with easy returns and great communication, in my opinion one of the best companies ou there.

Don’t waste your time

Placed an order and i got an email saying they wanted a picture of my passport or ID to confirm it wasn’t fradulent. As if i’m going to send that to some random website

Have placed hundreds of orders online and i’ve never had this before, will not be using again

Great experience with three separate purchases so far

I made three separate purchases so far, last one arrived today on Tuesday. Arrived within 2 working days, very quickly, all of them, and in said time. I have ordered tent and only on their site was weight correct.
Also ordered two Sierra Designs sleeping bags and even managed to get 60% off on winter one, yaaay. So far so good. I never had to contact them so dunno about CS, or return.
But buying and delivering process was a great experience for me plus I can pay with paypal (in instalments).

Can't understand why they say they have brilliant customer service on their website. They don't have any.
No one takes phone calls and they don't call back

I will return and recommend

Two positives experiences to date, from the user friendly website, free shipping on purchases £30 plus (bonus-not Evri), competitive pricing, TopCashback and timely notifications and delivery. I will return and recommend.

Order ski jacket that has never…

Order ski jacket that has never arrived.
8 days after order and still no information on where it is. Poor communication, non existent after sales. They use Royal Mail and hide behind their poor service to insist it’s not their fault. Maybe use a different delivery partner and this wouldn’t happen

Absolutely superb service

Absolutely superb service; I purchased a wallet for my son’s birthday and - due to an extraordinary Bank Holiday - there was a glitch regarding the delivery date which meant that my order would likely turn up too late to be given as a gift. I phoned up their customer service and my call was actually diverted to Tom (the founder) who was out camping! - Tom seemed genuinely bothered about my issue, recognised the glitch on their site, and assured me they would sort it with DPD to have my item sent by a special ‘before 10am’ service. True to their word, my lad’s wallet turn up about 0800 on the morning I was due to travel up to him. Really pleased with the service and will continue to support this business whenever I need outdoorsy stuff. Spot on.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Very impressed with the speed of delivery. Also top marks for using DPD to deliver who give you a 1 hour time slot on the morning of delivery, this allowed me to make sure someone was home for delivery. Top marks!

Really happy

Really happy with U.K. customer service. Product had a fault that I hadn’t checked outside of the first 28 days but found within 12 months. Sent photos and a replacement was waiting when I got home - even before they received a high value product back. Faultless customer service with efficient and kind communications. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had.

Spammed to death after buying a pair of…

Spammed to death after buying a pair of gloves, despite not opting in to marketing emails.

P.S. As Wildbounds has clearly not understood the point, let me just make it clear that un-solicited emails are ILLEGAL in the UK. There MUST be prior consent before sending marketing communications, an un-subscribe button in an already illegal email is not good enough.

The law can be found on ICO's website under "Spam emails".

Ordered a pair of jeans for a Christmas…

Ordered a pair of jeans for a Christmas present. The courier collected then faffed around for a few days before sending the package back to point of sending.

Meant I had to spend more money on another Christnas present and all i got back was the courier fee as they are apparently sending me another pair. I won't hold my breath. And it wont be here for Christmas.

I then got a survey from them about my "returns experience". Hilarious.

1st and last time customer if this is how they build their customer experiences.
