I ordered the 'Buran III | Reflective - 24L / Black XRF' bag from Wildbounds on 19/12/2023 and got it 22/12/2023 via Royal Mail parcel service. I had a follow up email from Ellie saying that if I had question to reach out... nice touch.

Unfortunately the bag didn't meet my requirements, so I returned it and got my money back in 2 working days.

The return process was as easy as Amazon. I'd definitely buy from Wildbounds again.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a fireplace set I bought from them. Used WhatsApp to contact them for service. Very prompt responses and great communication throughout the process. Had a replacement set sent out and received within a week. Would highly recommend.

With my most recent item, I had a slight issue where it arrived faulty. I contacted WildBounds who got back to me immediately to resolve the issue. Wild Bounds had the best online price for the Goal Zero Venture 75 charger. I had never heard of the company so had some reservations about ordering from them. But I need not have worried. I ordered on Saturday and received the charger on Wednesday - exactly as estimated. 5 stars.
