Really pleased with the service I have had so far from this company. I ordered some Leki walking poles the communication was great and they arrived well packaged this morning. I was a bit unsure because I’ve not ordered from them before but will be using again.

Was actually quite impressed - ordered a desk mat. Unfortunately when arrived it wasn’t quite as I expected. Returned in the post free of charge and a refund was processed quickly. Would definitely purchase something again.

I ordered a Minipresso as a Christmas present and it was shipped promptly. When I noticed the Royal Mail tracking had stalled, I got in contact with customer service. Ellie replied quickly and chased it up with Royal Mail, giving me daily updates. When Royal Mail declared the parcel lost, she told me immediately and also spoke to their supplier to get more stock in, as they were now out of stock of the item I had ordered. She organised for another Minipresso to get sent out to me, with postage that would make sure it would be with me before Christmas. She couldn't have been more helpful, thank you Ellie!!! Wildbounds is lucky to have you and you made my experience seamless when it could have easily turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. You are fantastic help.

I recently bought an osprey renn 65 litre backpack from WildBounds. They offered the cheapest price I could find for this product by quite a lot in comparison to other websites/shops. I paid for express shipping as I left it a bit close to my trip. The item came really quickly and was exactly as described. I would definitely purchase from them again, thanks!

have ordered previously, and delivery and service were really good. Went back for more kit, which again was delivered promptly and well packed.

Bought a couple of camping chairs. The wrong ones were sent. Contacted them and Simon sorted it. Correct ones delivered next day. You can always judge a company by how they respond to issues. Chairs are great and would use WildBounds again. Great company to deal with

Edit: got in touch with customer service and they responded immediately and refunded the item with no zero hassle. You have to give credit where is due and the response from customer service was just great

Order a new pair of leggings that arrived absolutely full, and I mean full, of body hair. Appalling quality control

I was pleased with a recent order experience in December 2023.

I made an order after realising that WildBounds offered student discounts. When I contacted their customer support team, I was given a retrospective discount/refund on the order.

The item arrived in good condition.

I hope to order from WildBounds again.

After struggling to get any help from the manufacturer or distributors WildBounds sent me a new, replacement, tent. Their customer service team are excellent.

Ordered 2 x Big Agnes sleeping mats at around 7am in the morning; I accidentally ordered the regular width instead of wide. Contacted the team via their WhatsApp account, and they responded by 9am. They corrected the order, I paid the extra, they dispatched same day. Excellent service - I will be visiting their site first for future hiking/camping purchases.

I love their product selection - I bought the Barebones "Field Hatchet", when it arrived I saw there was a flaw in the wood of the handle. Emailed the CS and they we able to offer a refund or exchange. The item came well packaged and in good time for Xmas I was expecting it to be late :)
