Great Quality Proteins - Way Cheaper Than Every Grocery Store

I've been a Wild Fork customer for about a year now, and I honestly wish I had found them sooner. The quality of their frozen meats and seafood is excellent, and the prices are significantly better than what I've found at other grocery stores here in Palm Beach County, Florida. I SAVE a substantial amount of money shopping at Wild Fork. In many cases, it feels like I'm getting the same quality I'd find elsewhere, except without paying the premium markup for products that have already been thawed.

One thing I especially love is that everything is frozen. We do road trips and travel in our RV quite a bit, and freezer space is much easier to manage than refrigerator space. It's hard to find high-quality frozen proteins, especially wild-caught seafood and organic meats, at most grocery stores. Wild Fork has made meal planning on the road so much easier. The frozen products also help keep everything cold while traveling, almost acting like ice packs until you're ready to use them. It's been a huge convenience for our RV trips and regular road trips.

Every store I've visited has been exceptionally clean, the employees are friendly and attentive, and the layout makes it easy to get in, find what you need, and get out.

My only suggestion would be to add a loyalty or rewards program. I'd love to see loyal customers earn points or discounts over time. Not that the price is expensive but loyalty programs have really just become the norm. Other than that, I've had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Wild Fork to anyone looking for high-quality meat and seafood at great prices.

I also want to notate I’ve never ordered online so my experience is strictly in store only.

Tried to place a $300+ order with Wild Fork. After placing irder was told my main part of order was out of stock and didn’t know when it would be in stock. Followed up today, using there chat on how do I twll or know what is in stock to place an order. Adter waiting for an 1/2 hour with no reponse from them on chat I am writing this review.
Here is chat: Tried to order a $300+ order including membership only to be told after the fact that you don’t have stock. How can I determine what you have in stock for me to order? Reference: 1701386

I'm very sad QUINOA is discontinued. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!*** We LOVE it!

I am so very disappointed that Wild Fork has discontinued their Quinoa. I always bought at least 4 everytime I went to Wild Fork in Mission Viejo, CA. The last 2 times I've been to the store, NO QUINOA!! ;-( PLEASE BRING THE QUINOA BACK TO YOUR STORES!!!! PRETTY PLEASE. It's so healthy and easy to prepare and DELICIOUS!! I MISS IT SOOOOOOO MUCH!!!

Absolute worst experience with Wild Fork.

Do NOT order from them. They do not guarantee that their meat will deliver correctly. They won't guarantee it will be frozen.

They will NEVER honor any policies on their website.

Shady and scammy company.

Customer Care Team really doesn't care!

I placed an online order to be delivered on a Saturday between 3:00-5:00. Order was confirmed and delivery time 3-5 confirmed. I finally called Customer Care at 7:30 to see when my order would be delivered. I was told they couldn't get a driver from their delivery service
and cancelled the order. I did not get any messages from them. Much longer story short Customer Care was terrible. Several emails from them said "we are on it" with no follow up within 24-48 hours in the email. Whole experience was like talking to my cat. It listened but didn't do anything. Beyond terrible customer service.

At Christmas I ordered the turkeys and…

At Christmas I ordered the turkeys and happy with delivery plus items. Unfortunately I put in an order for meat and today we had the New York Sirloin steak- it looks like a steak except lots of gristle, fat and unchewable and we have our own teeth. Poor quality for a top steak.Totally disappointed. Not looking forward to eating the rest of the order! Will not order again!!!

STAY AWAY! Quality control issues.

After three orders, including signing up for their membership, I am finally ready to voice an opinion on Wild Fork. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

Every single order I placed was some combination of missing products and bad quality. They cannot figure out how to vacuum seal their product properly. Time after time, I defrost a piece of meat (their products all shop frozen) and find it sitting in a pool of juice in my fridge. I’m done with it. Support local, this place sucks.

Customer service is a pain.

Frozen but not shaken 007

Like most customers ordering on line the first thing people see is pictures of products to buy. I wanted stew meat and bought two other items. The stew meat picture didn't match the product delivered to me. The picture I saw was a package of stew meat not frozen with cellophane covering on top of Styrofoam bottom like in the meat section of any grocery store. I got a bag of cubed frozen meat. Frozen meats are a hard sell. The quality is whether frozen or not is perfectly OK. But not what I expected. Fortunately I got a refund for that product from a delivery service. The lamb shacks ok I would of frozen them if not frozen and the beef liver. So they have a ways to go the products are great. I will buy again knowing what to expect. Even more now for the sure convenience of having very high quality products meat abd seafood frozen.

Cancelled an order I had placed a week…

Cancelled an order I had placed a week earlier 24 hours prior to delivery on a long weekend and was unable to do anything to get me my order before I needed it. This company is not trustworthy and the food is not good enough to warrant the risk of not receiving it. Try one of their dozens other competitors.

I had the pleasure of meeting a worker named Leo. He was delightful and knowledged on how the company works. I know that by the time I left I left with meat and seasonings and a good experience.

My favorite place

I really like the west loop location. I’ve been buying up the Crème Brûlée🤭.The employees are great! Alisia is AWESOME! We always have great conversations about wildfork products, and she always wears beautiful smile. She’s a hard worker and always willing to help. The employees I’ve encountered have all been so helpful with great information and always wear inviting smiles. This my favorite location. Keep up the great job!

Bad ribs

I have loved everything I have purchased from Wild Forks. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the beef short ribs. There were maybe only 2 pieces in the bag that had any decent amount of meat on them. The others were basically meatless. I cannot recommend this product.

This market is absolutely amazing

This market is absolutely amazing. I have never seen a nicer set up and the place is so clean you really could eat off the floor. Things are easy to find. All items are frozen because some of what they offer really needs to be, deer, for example.

They have meats you will not find anywhere else, and the prices are super fair.

We first went there because out St. Bernard must eat a lot of food and is ever so picky. We have always made her food fresh every day, but one day she decided, this steak is not for me, burger, shove it. She even refused chicken. I went on line and talked to friends who said get her deer, and kangaroo. Okay, so I searched and found Wild Fork. I ordered on line because I had no idea they were down the street from me. We cooked it up and she is eating again.

We then went there and had the best service you can imagine. Fila knew everything from fat content to calories. We bought Elk, Kangaroo, chicken with all the parts in it, Bison and Venison. Heidi, the dog is in heaven.

It all looked so great, we decided to try it. Bison burgers are great. Venison burgers are great. I did not love the Kangaroo, but my husband did and the Elk is just so tasty. And all of it is healthy and you can freeze it for months or just defrost and cook.

We can't wait to try their seafood and steaks, but right now it appears we are on the dog's diet.

We could not be happier with this place and now go every week. Thank you so much Fila for being so kind and patient. I think my husband has a wee crush. That's fine, Heidi will trade him for meat any day of the week.

This is a must stop.

I have sent emails with ZERO repsonse…

I have sent emails with ZERO response with a problem of some chicken i been getting. About the look elsewhere for a different company. This company is horrible.
UPDATE: FINALLY got a call from DM. hopefully it will help the issue..but we will see.

Good food, abyssal delivery performance

I only order delivery as the local store is a bit of a drive for me. Anyway in a nutshell, I love the food, the variety, and the prices. However the delivery service is zero stars. I usually order one a month and stock the freezer and the last 5 times, I was short at least half the order. So then starts calling customer service and texting with the driver. Sometimes I for the missing bags later in the day and last week they just refunded me for what was missing with no explanation. This puts me in a lurch as I have to go shopping again. Either someone if forgetting the bags at the facility or the driver is taking the them. This has to stop. Everyone that I know is dumbfounded at how bad this service is. I recover from getting mad and then in a month's time order again thinking they can't be that bad. But they are that bad and I'm that dumb for thinking things will improve.

not buying red meat here again

We bought ribeye steaks at Chicago loop location and it was the worst steak I've had in my life. It was penetrated with unchewable very tough hard tissue with very dry meat in between. My husband is an amazing cook and always prepares meat very well and we were shocked about this quality of fairly expensive meat.

False information

False information on website. I have ordered from Wild Fork in the past, the last time several months ago. Today I went on the site to place an order... The site would not accept my zip code, the same address I used for previous purchases. I called them and asked and they said the no longer shipped to my area. So I read their shipping (again) and nowhere on the shipping does it restrict any area. UPS delivered those purchases but now suddenly they don't???

Beware- credit card charges

Product is so-so. Worse they out of no where hit your credit card for unauthorized, surprise charges for 'subscription'. In talking with rep response was pretty much 'too bad'. BEWARE!!!
