not interested in their customers

they have zero interest in treating customers as individuals. It doesn't matter that I won't be home at 9 in the morning to get my order, they refuse to deliver it later. It took weeks for someone at wildfork to reach out to me after I asked that my situation be escalated, this is the response:

"We have followed up with our delivery partner regarding your request to adjust the delivery window to match your availability. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or adjust the delivery time frame beyond the standard 9-12 window the drivers for this delivery platform could potentially even delivered later than 12 due to issues out of their control so we want to always make sure that the order is delivered that same day that is being expected."

I was spending about $400 a month with them. Now I will have to shop someplace else

Their orders keep getting stolen by…

Their orders keep getting stolen by UPS. They should be shipped in unmarked boxes. I called them to report the incident and to try to get a replacement order sent. I ordered numerous steaks and seafood for a party. I had to buy local with limited quality. They said it would be about a 10 day replacement lead time. I asked to speak to a manager and to this day (30 days) ....nothing

Bloody mess !! My last order took over 5 days to…

My last order took over 5 days to deliver. Replacement order coupon didn't address the lower sale price on the original order, and the next SEVERAL COUPON CODES were INVALID. Got a total refund. After several calls for different coupon codes, they sent me a "complimentary" replacement order....partially.
Ordered 5 items and received 3.
Since it was "comp'd", the order wasn't over $35.00 and couldn't be replaced. They never failed to "SCREW THE POOCH" !!!

Delivered to wrong address

Delivered to wrong address - texted delivery person who did not respond in the "29 minute window" - contacted customer support and I was told to "add clearer notes to my delivery instructions" -- oh ok, like - DELIVER TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS? BRILLIANT!

I wont be ordering again - took 40 minutes to go find my package at a neighboring business.

I love Wild Fork

I love Wild Fork! There's a store 5 minutes from my home in Cherry Hill! But I would never order anything there sight unseen. Between Costco and Sam's, I've learned to be discriminating of what I buy from Wild Fork! I love their trimmed packard brisket and their three bone plate beef ribs. But I always examine what I'm buying! Costco has meatiest & best priced pork ribs & oxtails. Oxtails from Fork aren’t too bad either. The key of shopping at Wild Fork is being able to examine what you are getting. I love the store but I'm blessed to have other alternatives where I can compare.

PLEASE follow advice of reviews for this company!!
If I could give this company "-" score I would. I placed a relatively large order from which I believe was being delivered from the store in Cherry Hill, NJ (about 15 miles from my home in NJ). I was then notified that a driver had picked up my order from the store in Willow Grove, PA (60 miles from my house in a neighboring state!!). Needless to say the driver has had my order in their car/truck for over 2 hrs and still no delivery. You only get one chance to make a good first impression and Wild Fork failed miserably. I have requested a refund and will take my business elsewhere.

Normally everything is okay when…

Normally everything is okay when ordering from Wild Forks…..I don’t eat pizza but was looking somewhat forward to their 4 cheese pizza….the pizza was crumbled and unacceptable…..the sea bass is paper thin….not sure what to do with it…..oh well, live and learn

I didn’t like quality of the meat I ordered, boneless leg of lamb, chicken
It thawed and I got so many water - I have never see it before!!!
Probably I would never buy there again, since the meat I receive- it so deep frozen and nobody knows how “old” it is

I Happy customer!

I received my order on time. The driver is very pleasant. Packed nicely. I have ordered several times from Wild Fork and I am always happy. The meats are reasonably priced and it looks delicious. Thank You Wild Fork.

Avoid Buying Meat From Wild Fork

I went to a Wild Fork store near my home to buy some what I thought would be better quality filet mingons for a family dinner I had planned. Imagine my surprise when the filets started to fall apart. The filets in question were in pieces held together with meat glue. TOTAL GARBAGE. Dinner ruined. NEVER BUYING FROM WILD FORK AGAIN.

I ordered two prime grade Beef Plate…

I ordered two prime grade Beef Plate Ribs their online add shows one piece/ apron 5.7LB. I ordered two expecting them to be around that weight or more. When they were delivered one of them weighed 3.30LBS. and the other weighed in at 3.94LBS. If I would have known that they were going to be that small I would’ve never ordered them. Wanted them for a family get together but there isn’t enough meat on them for the amount of people coming. I have been ordering from Wild Fork Foods for over four years now. After this order my ordering days from them is done. Now I have to reorder from someone else to get the product for my family get together coming up.

No good

This order was for a post-surgery patient who was counting on the meals to be received. Not only did the order not arrive, but as the sender, I could not get in touch with anyone to help. They ignored a callback request as well. Don’t bother with this poorly run company.

Disgraceful

I greatly appreciate letting me know being a member for almost a year now and buying meat almost monthy counting on your meat for my family that you all of a sudden stop. You canceled my membership and stop shipping to my area. We loved your company now you have made us hate your company and everything you stand for. The inconvenience you ha e put on my family never be forgiven. Terrible. What a disgrace and thanks for nothing.

Very disappointed today

Very disappointed today. Went to the Wild Fork store to shop. I wanted to get a package of bacon and to my dismay, all their bacon in their Paramus, NJ store had some type of nitrates in them. When I questioned the manager about the ingredient called “cultured celery powder,” he told me that it was a natural nitrate. Will be going back to Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods to get my bacon.

Ordered a 4lb tenderloin for Christmas…

Ordered a 4lb tenderloin for Christmas and got a 7lb tenderloin. Ordered a 4lb tenderloin for Easter and got a 1.5lb tenderloin. When I called, I was told that you get whatever they have and there is nothing to be done about it. I paid more for shipping than the actual product. Never again.

I just opened a bag of boneless chicken…

I just opened a bag of boneless chicken breasts...the organic one and guess what? Every piece has some freezer burn on it...the bag says it's good until July 2024...I'm not spending 28 dollars a bag for chicken with freezer burn....that and the bag of corn had pieces of corn stalk in it....I'll buy fresh from now on...I won't be going back to Wild Fork
