Fabulous meat at very reasonable prices. The venison is dark, rich & succulent, the wild boar sausages are juicy & full of flavour. I'll be cooking the partridge today. Wonderful!

Defrosted on arrival
All but one of the so-called "frozen" items had either totally or partly defrosted when the package arrived (on time, so late delivery is not the issue). I immediately emailed Wild Game Meat to report this but, more than 48 yours later, I have not even had an acknowledgement, far less the common courtesy of a reply. (Although they have managed to email me twice: one to ask me to buy more and another to invite this review.)

Please note that we add a note to every frozen item: This product will be sent frozen on the shipment day. Once received, it will be defrosted. Keep it refrigerated below 5 C and use it for three days. Do not refreeze.
Unfortunately, we keep all game products frozen due to seasonal meat shortages.
We have issued a refund for all frozen items on your order as a complimentary refund due to email not being responded to in time to solve this issue.

Would have been full marks but the delivery by DPD was dreadful - late and left abandoned just inside the gate on the edge of a very busy main road a long way from the front door.

Great meat
Great meat. Better than you could get anywhere. Had the sausages, burgers and steak and it was all extraordinary. Arrived in a few days after ordering
Only thing that could be improved is lunt of plastic in the packing.

Unfortunately, due to the presence of smoked, fresh, and frozen products, we need to have packaging. But I hope we can improve this in mean time for sure.

Being out so long meant that a couple of the items were thawed beyond the level to which we should really be refreezing them. OK, don't worry about that - they were small, easily useable items.

Please note that all frozen items are marked in red writing as they are sent frozen, and there is a big chance they will get defrosted during delivery.
It's a shame you have not contacted us before your feedback to solve the issue, as we are always happy to replace the items or issue a refund.

Forget about them!!!
Don`t deal with them, their deliveries are too slow, products are overpriced and customer services are awful! You can find better online, there are a lot of other companies which offering the same products cheaper!!!
