Ordered two dresses that I was very excited to receive. When I receive them, the size was fine, but the style didn’t fit me properly. It happens, all of our bodies are not created equally.

I immediately emailed them because I couldn’t find the return instructions. Long story short they ran around the bush for about three weeks telling me I couldn’t return it and that they would give me a discount on another order which I didn’t want. They also offered me a small discount on what I already purchased, in order to keep it.

This made no sense to me because I wanted to return the dress is completely. I was thinking I would order something else from them, but seeing how they were treating me that idea changed quickly for me.

Finally, after almost 3 weeks of back-and-forth with them giving me the runaround, they finally said I could send it back at my own expense for a refund if they determine that I hadn’t used it. Here’s the catch though, it had to get from New York to China in less than a week in order to get it back in the 30 days that they’re now claiming that it has to be back.

Total and absolute scam. I think they refunded me 30% of what I paid in the end. I have two garbage dresses that I can’t wear.

This had to be the worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced. Never buy from this company.

the customer service email provided does not work at all. As a result, there is no way to return anything dispite the claim that you can return within 30 days. The quality of the clothing is generally poor.

Terrible. They make it look like they are a New York Company. Their stuff ships from China! Long long ship times. No response to contact efforts. Their email address they provide does not exist, mail bounces back. Should have checked before I purchased. Scam company.

Terrible organization

Every day for nearly a week, I have been requesting return instructions as that is what their website requires. I have yet to receive such instructions. To my astonishment, I received a duplicate of my order yesterday!! Now I have to send both back. This is terrible. My credit card was charged for the second item that I never ordered.
Never again will I shop this site. I have had other duplicate orders from places in this Chinese city.
Forewarning other customers. Don’t shop from here!

I ordered a mens suit and it arrived late so I couldnt use it. When I try to contact them for a return their email and telephone are both invalid. Its a dead end. You have been warned.

Total scam. I feel robbed as they didn’t provide a return label and my emails to them return as failed. The seersucker suit I purchased looks nothing like the picture and it is extremely poor quality. Do not give them your money.

The shoes I ordered are too small and when I follow the instructions for how to return items, it goes nowhere. They say to email them first, which I did, twice, and the email bounces back to me. I also called their number and it is a recording saying it is out of service. I guess I'm stuck with these $68 shoes that are too small.

I would like to give it zero but it won’t allow me to. I ordered a dress for a wedding did not show up until after the wedding. I tried it on. It does not fit. I tried emailing them. There was no return information on the package and nobody will return my calls so I’m assuming I’m stuck with a dress that I bought that’s totally useless for me. This is a scam organization big-time.

Quite honestly, the rate I'd prefer to give is 0 stars. Wilfred Smith is a scam! The items provided are of very poor quality. I purchased a dress for a friend's wedding & never had a chance to wear it. The zipper was broken. The material was so flimsy as well. When trying to return it, the phone number was in active & the customer service email was not valid.

The dress I ordered came. It is made of polyester, which the ad specifically avoids mentioning. It looks and feels sleezy.
I want to return it but neither their email or phone works.
I feel stupid not to have checked their reviews.

I purchased 2 suits to see which one fits and I didn’t like how either fit. I tried the return process and the customer service email address bounces back that “address not found” and the phone number doesn’t exist! I wish I would have read the reviews first.

I wish I read these reviews instead of the fake reviews posted on the company’s website. I ordered a women’s blazer, which came and is a child-sized flimsy piece of fabric. There is no way to get in touch or return - their email bounced and phone number doesn’t work. Complete garbage and total scam!! This is not a legit company. The description said item comes with return label, what a joke, it definitely did not.

I ordered a linen "wedding suit" and made the mistake of not checking their reviews on a place like Trustpilot. The suit arrived three weeks later. The tailoring was shoddy (threads hanging from seams, etc.) and the size was too small. I had reviewed their returns policy prior to buying and knew I could return the suit but that I had to contact them first to get the address. I first tried their email as listed on their "returns" page. The address immediately came back as invalid, and that was when I knew I had been scammed. I called their customer service number (in Whitehorse, Yukon Territories, Canada!) and it had been disconnected. It was then I knew that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company, so as part of my documentation for that process I also used their customer service portal on their website and left a detailed message. They did not respond. Now I am waiting to see if the company will respond to my dispute of the charge. Save yourself a multitude of headaches and pass up the "deal" this company offers. It is nothing but a scam.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY AREN’T EVEN A COMPANY IN AMERICA, THEY ARE IN AMSTERDAM, AND THEIR WAREHOUSE IS IN CHINA! NOT ONLY ARE THEIR PRODUCT EXTREMELY CHEAPLY MADE, THEIR RETURN POLICY IS RIDICULOUS. I have been going back-and-forth over email with this company for almost 2 weeks now. They refused to return my money unless I pay half of what the shoes were worth to return them, wait 30 days for them to be inspected and them to get back to me. I was told these were orthopedic shoes, these are the cheapest shoes I’ve ever seen in my life and they are definitely not orthopedic!

The sizes are not accurate, I have been trying for days to get a response regarding a return with no response. Phone number listed is not a valid number. I will simply have to donate these shoes to charity. I’m wondering if this company is legit, non the less, my first and last time using a “no name” company. Proceed with caution

Another scam by a Chinese company! Do not fall for it! Merchandise displayed is NOT what you receive! A waste of $. Stay clear of this fraudulent, con artist, fly-by-night crappy company by all means!

Scammers! Cust Ser 800 # doesn't work, email to cust support bounced back as invalid/undeliverable. Got initial order email, then tracking email, then ghosted. Tracker never changed.

No way to contact these people at all. Their phone does not work, nor does their email. Apparently a horrible, no good, very bad company!
