Ordered a men’s medium shawl sweater and was sent a girls sweater with buttons on wrong side. Sweater was without label or packing slip. Played drawn out game of me sending pictures, multiple people’s names corresponding, etc . Then ghosted me. Total con!

SCAM! website and phone number are not in service. Do not provide them with any information.

There is no way to communicate with this "company". There isn't a way to return merchandise. The quality of their garments is inferior. I would like to be refunded for the order primarily for this reason but also because they arrived too late.

This company sent me a coat at least 3 sizes too small. The fabric was very cheap looking. They wouldn't refund my money and asked that I send $23 for postage and they would send me a replacement. They insinuated I had ordered the wrong size. What a scam.

I fell for it. this blazer is thin like an old grandpa‘s T-shirt. It has no shape really wide, but very short it’s horrendous garbage not worth five dollars. The phone number they give us obsolete the email there’s no real address. How could we make this practice illegal?

The outfit that arrived was made with awful, cheap material that was obviously not the material in the add. It also was misshapen and looked like a child had made it in their first sewing class. They would not let me return it and instead offered a 15% discount on my next purchase. Scam.

I received the dress two weeks late, which was probably for the best. It looked nothing like the picture. Honestly, it was ugly and looked like something a 5-year-old made. The style gave off weird cult-like vibes, and there’s no occasion where this could actually be worn. Total waste of $79 on a dress that’s completely unwearable.

no word on my order...phone is disconnected... reviews are general and not related to products. since I cant get email support responses I must assume they took my money and will never send product.
scam company...no way to get refund

Canceled order immediately after it was placed because they charged for things I did not agree to buy. I received an email saying a full refund had been issued. However, refund never occurred and now there is no way to reach them. Support email bounces and phone number does not work. Stay away from this scam company.

Do not order from this company! What I ordered was not what I received. The site says, “you may return any product within 30 days-no questions asked”, but when you request a return address label, they ask questions and request pictures of the item. They are refusing a refund but still want me to “truly be happy with my order” (?)

The jacket labeled 4XL fit far smaller than U.S. sizing. The company operates overseas and uses China‑based sizing, which was not clearly disclosed. Refunds are difficult, and returns require costly international shipping at the customer’s expense.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated issue. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Should have checked out trustpiolt rather than trust want they have for reviews on their website. The website shows 4.7 stars, complete lie.Sizing was way incorrect and item was extremely cheap. I was not able to use it for an event and have tried to return it but they only offer exchanges, and make it sound like they're doing you a favor. I have yet to get an answer or a way to just return the item for a refund after 5 emails back and forth. Below is the 4th email with the same response.

Email is returned as non-existent.

Received the shoes I ordered but quality was bad. Tried to reach out to the email and phone on their website. Both are disconnected. Email was returned unsent and the phone number was not in use.

If I could give it a zero I would! Don't be like me and think- how bad could it be? It's bad! I ordered a wrap dress, no wrap, just a dress that looks like a potato sack. Customer service says they described it accurately. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Total scammers! Dont waste you time and money! What you order and what you recieve are two different things. The minute you try to initiate a return/refund, they begin this game of draggin out this back and forth of trying to ware you down with return vouchers with never any intention of actually refunding your money. They policies are strictly their to make the buyer feel like they're a legit company. Buyer beware!

Horrible shoes. Very uncomfortable, stiff and don’t fit properly.

I ordered some shoes from here and they sent me the wrong pair! When I tried to call. The phone is no longer in service and when I try to email the email is not legit. TOTAL SCAM!

I should have gone to Trustpilot before purchasing anything from this company. I received my package in good time and the company sent ,e several emails to let me know it was on its way. However, when I emailed to get support, it was like they never existed. The number I called is disconnected.

Sweater was of horrible quality and waaaaay too small. Despite 30 day return advertised I could not return sweater and they charged $26 for an exchange. TOTAL SCAM!!
