Buyer Beware! I cancelled my order the same day as I should have read the awful reviews first! Now, almost a month later and several promises to refund me, still nothing. I have no credit and no merchandise. Parent company is dormant. Business should not be allowed to operate.

DON’T purchase anything Wilfred Smith. Junk. I tried to return. Was told it is very expensive to return. They will give me 10% back and keep the garment that I will never wear. Lesson learned. Verify the website and read reviews. Scam, scam, scam.

Buyer beware. Their website says you can return items for 30 days after receiving them. This is not true. They ask for photos and then offer you 10% back, stating that mailing the item back would be a prohibitive cost to you. I regret buying from them. Low quality, polyester $70 blouse that was too small. Waste of money.

My package came quickly and my product was as described and expected. Although, the clothing description on the website does not show what materials the clothes are made from. I bought a jacket for $230 and it’s made of 100% polyester..

I ordered a $200 coat. The arms are too short by many inches. There clothes are not made for Americans. I wrote to them about a return and they said they needed a picture so I sent one! Then I was offered 10% off to keep the item that did fit. I advised that wouldn’t work. Then I was advised they’d offer 20% off to keep the item. I said that won’t work and now we are at 30% and they will NOT provide a shipping label. I have to pay to mail the item back to China. Unreal.

First of all, the" jacket" had to be shipped from China so it took about a month to arrive. Not that it mattered because it would be a stretch to call it a jacket. This is not clothing that even a homeless person would wear. Realizing from reading other reviews today how hopeless it would be returning the thing, I wrote this review to their contact email that was returned due to address failure.

I would best describe the jacket I ordered from your company as the worst purchase online that I've ever made. I should have looked at the poor reviews your company receives before making the purchase. But it will offer me some pleasure to post my own negative reviews as well in as many places as I can. The only way you can prevent me from not doing so is to offer me free postage return and credit for my purchase. Even if you just offer me free postage, I will be glad to return the jacket to you and you don’t even have to offer me a refund. Perhaps you can use it to line the bed of your favorite pet. Actually, I might do that myself! My dog would like resting her head on a soft faux furry cloth that I can simply throw away when dirty. Or I could alternatively use it to mop up her vomit next time she gets sick. Wilfred Smith merchandise is best put to use in wiping up vomit or other repulsive waste.

I'll add to the review of this horrible company. First, I used their sizing guide, and knew I'd need to go up one size, I went two to be safe. The thing was waaay too small. They demanded a photo of the garment on me, then told me it looked great! When I responded every button was tightly pulling, they replied they were sorry I couldn't use their sizing guide correctly, but for a mere $19.95 they'd allow an exchange. That's when I started checking the internet about this company and saw the many,many horrible reviews. I opted to cut my losses, donate the item and tell as many people as I can about this corrupt place. It has a slick website, looks like it's in NY, but it's clearly an overseas company designed to give low quality merchandise for a high price. Do not do business with them!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Wilfred Smith does not stand behind its product. I received a suit from Wilfred Smith recently which smelled so bad it could not be worn. When I asked for a refund, Wilfred Smith offered an insulting discount and warned how difficulty it can be to ship back to China, at the customer’s expense. IF YOU BUY FROM WILFRED SMITH BE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

This company is a FAKE! Everything about them screams scam! I haven’t even received my order yet, and I ordered on March 11th. I reached out to them on the 20th, I was told my order is still within the delivery window. Like how, when I was misled to thinking I’ll get my order much sooner. Now after reading the reviews I’m already knowing what to expect. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Just echoing the many negative reviews. I thought I was buying a merino quarter zip. Got a cheap feeling polyester fabric quarter zip. Asked to return within 30 days, they asked for video evidence of what was wrong, and then after the delay said now you are outside the return window, no refund. AVOID

I bought a dress for a wedding and paid for express shipping. The dress came a week after the wedding. The dress didn't look like the dress advertised . I reached out to the business asking to return the dress. I was told I could pay to send it back and they would give me 30% back. Wilfredsmith is a scam.Horrible business

Wilfred Smith does not exist in NY. If they are not updating their website, then there is automatically a problem.

The blouse I ordered looked nothing like the advertised picture. It was cheap shiny polyester material and the sleeves were full and too long with no cuffs or buttons. It came from China and I paid almost $70 for very poor quality. Customer service was prompt and offered 10% to keep it, rather than lengthy return. I asked for 20% and got it. I still paid WAY TOO MUCH for a crummy blouse.

They also try to trick you into buying insurance for $4.95
They do not disclose the fabric content and everything looks better online, of course.
Impossible to return items, they insist that it has to be sent to Spain, even though my item came from California.
They also insist that I send a photograph of the item being returned, even though I told them repeatedly that I never even tried it on because it was so hideous. Do not ever buy from this company. I’m gonna lose a bunch of money because of this mistake that I made.

Their sizing is very small. Tried to return a sweater vest. They offered a 10% discount if I'd keep the too small item. When I refused the 10% the address to return they provided was an unrecognizable address by USPS (the only affordable mailing option). I would not buy anything from Wilfred Smith.

Everything,!not good clothing very cheap. If you would like back then you have big problem. They don't want back you money. Because this store is just scam!!!!

This company is the worst and it is a nightmare
They say fast delivery so I trusted them
I bought from them in the middle of the winter a what was supposed to be a long coat
The pictures show that the model is about 7"9 or so and the coat covers all her legs and almost the ankle
So the money was takes right away from my account of course. But the coat wasn't even picked up from the facility for weeks. And when I received it a month later it was not even what they described. Worst than temu
But temu charge 5-10 dollars. These guys charge almost 200$ AND ITS NOT EVEN TWHAT THEY MARKET IT AS. THE COAT BARELY COVERED THE KNEE !!!! AND WHEN I SHOWED HOW BAD THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AND THEY BETTER PROVE ME WOTH THE FREE RETURN LABEL THEY SAID OT IS NOT FREE AND BECAUSE OTS INTERNATIONAL IT CAN COST A LOT OF MONEY. SO THE ONLY THING THEY SAID. KEEP THE JACKET AND WE GIVE YOU 10 % OF THE PURSHASE. DO NOT BUY FROM THE TVIS IS THE WORST SCAM EVER

This company sent me a junk product, demanded a photo and video as a condition of return and then said that I would have to pay international shipping costs or just keep the item and get a 10% refund. And of course you can not reach anyone by phone. They have no shame. I guess I should have checked reviews before ordering, so I am stating my experience to prevent others from sharing my fate.
