Love Willa & Bo for their beautiful jewellery and first class customer service. I originally purchased some earrings as I was on the hunt for some gold earrings that didn’t tarnish, didn’t make my ears black, and most importantly didn’t itch my ears. Willa & Bo ticked all the boxes and I still adore my earrings today, so much so that I’ve gone on to purchase a few more pairs as they’re so reasonably priced and tick all the boxes for me. Debs’ customer service is first class, with stunning packaging and hand written notes. On top of this, Debs has gone above and beyond for me on 2 occasions with the personalised necklace I purchased from her. I was having trouble with the necklace that the personalised charms were laced onto and then my little one pulled it off my neck and broke it. Debs level of responsiveness, care, kindness and generosity was of a level I’ve never experienced before and I’m so grateful to her. The most beautiful jewellery, gorgeous packaging with super fast delivery with a lovely handwritten note and the quality is absolutely superb.

I’ve bought several pairs of earrings now (mainly gold huggies) and a necklace and it’s all my favourite jewellery! Never loses it’s colour or shine (even when on holiday, in the pool and sun etc) I prefer quite simple jewellery and I love that it’s so lightweight; I barely even notice I’m wearing it! I get overstimulated very easily and avoided jewellery most of my life because of this (ADHD sensory issues) so I’m just so pleased I’ve found gorgeous jewellery that I love to wear!
