The best customer service and lovely jewellery
I always have a great experience shopping with Will&Bo - quick delivery and brilliant communication. I love the earrings and just ordered one of the new bracelets which also seems great. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service
Such a quick delivery and definitely my favourite pair of huggies! Customer service is excellent, and the note in the packaging is super thoughtful! I had lost one of my previous earrings so bought an identical pair and Debbie remembered I had bought them before :)

The best jewellery I’ve ever worn! (Bold statement, I know)
I chose a gold chain and ‘sunshine’ pendant and it is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for! It came beautifully wrapped with speedy delivery and honestly, I just love it so much. I already have a pair of thin gold hoops that I wear every day and they’re the only earrings I’ve never had to take out. I wear them swimming and in the shower and they haven’t gone funny at all! My necklace and earrings are so lightweight and comfortable and have been an absolute game changer for me as a neurodivergent woman with sensory issues. There’s no doubt I’ll be buying more! I’d messaged the seller for some advice about the build your own charm necklace and she pointed me in the right direction, perfect design for what I wanted and the multi functional clasp to change the length of the necklace is a game changer! I love it 💕

The jewellery was exquisite and so beautifully presented. Unfortunately the box arrived damaged via Royal Mail. I sent one message and a new presentation box was sent quickly and free of charge. Excellent customer service and product would definitely recommend!

I have bought a selection of earrings from W&B over the years and every time I am blown away by the gorgeousness of them and how beautifully they are presented. They are super reasonable too and I get so many compliments on them every time I wear them. Excited to buy a necklace next. The owner Debbie is also the sweetest, she really puts her everything into this business and has the best attention to detail.
