I ordered on December 5thth, 15 days ago and have yet to receive a shipment notification, even though your company advertises that orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. I tried calling multiple times, emailing, but no one answers the phones email. Only got a very generic computer generated response. VERY disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication, especially when it was a Christmas gift. I hope the company sees this!!! I canceled the order because as of this writing, it still hasn’t left their warehouse yet!!!

This company is completely misleading
This company is completely misleading. My order promised 2–4 business day shipping and instead took almost THREE WEEKS to arrive. No proactive updates, no accountability, nothing. If you’re going to take that long, be honest about it instead of baiting customers with false shipping times.
I would have never ordered if I knew the truth. This was a waste of time and money, and I will never order from Willow Ace again. If you value reliability or transparency, look elsewhere — plenty of companies do this better.

Ordered socks and never got a tracking number emailed them and they said they had a high volume of orders after a week or so nothing so l canceled my order and it wasn't until l went to their web site that l got a response from them, now l am waiting for a refund which they say will be 4 to 5 business days. I guess they need my money

Ordered and paid October 28th of 2025, it’s December 4th and still haven’t received anything yet. Contacted them several times and all they had were excuses. Poor excuse for a business. Emailed them and girl lied about when they would ship. Still in the process of getting refund from my credit card.

Ordered socks on October 4th and it is now December 3rd and nothing. I have no socks and the only couple times I’ve heard back from the company was to give me more reasons for more delays. The socks were in stock when I ordered or I wouldn’t have placed an order. This company is not reputable and is running a scam. Stay far away.

They charged me for an order and after a long time I checked on order only to be told you were charged to reserve the product when we do get it in but we dont know when that is. You will be a priority though. FOR SOX?

Scam
I ordered 6 pair of socks in October 2025. Over a month later and still no socks. Originally was told shipping in 2-4 days. Contacted them and was told due to shipping would not receive until first week of November. When didn't receive was told I would receice 3rd week of November. Still no socks. Send 3rd email with no response.

Scam. Ordered product, ended up being cheapest pair of socks I’ve ever owned. They wouldn’t accept a return. Horrible business, do not support!

My second order was nowhere near the…
My second order was nowhere near the same quality as my first. The texture, durability and feel of the socks is vastly different than that of the first pair I received several months ago. I ordered the same product from the same website. My guess is they have outsourced manufacturing to a sub-par facility. Very disappointing. The new socks have already begun to pill and lose shape after one washing. The original pair is still holding up great after months of use and many washes.

Do they really make socks?
I placed 2 orders in May. After several weeks wrote to them and asked where they were. They claimed they had sent an email that the socks were out of stock. I never found that email. 5 months later I have not received any socks from either order.

They sent me a messege a few days later saying that they were out of the socks that I ordered and wanted to know if I would accept ones without the LOGO.
I responded on May 21 that to send me the plain black crew socks which supposedly was in stock.
It is now July 3 and still no socks or email from them except for another repeat message that they were out of stock and i needed to repond which I also repeated to accept.

I would give a zero star review if I could. I never got the socks I ordered. Their customer service was absolutely crap. Their suggestion was for me to reorder my socks and they’d give me 50% off my replacement order. So pay twice and hope the second time my order would show up. I had to go through my credit card to dispute the charges.
Update: after weeks of back and forth and filing a dispute with my credit card, customer service reached out to me again. After proving to them by using Google Maps that the picture taken at “delivery” couldn’t be my house. Based on color, and porch. They resent the order and I got it. 2 of the pairs were the wrong size. I am just going to give those to people I know. It is not worth dealing with their customer service again.

Questionable offers due to lack of stock. Not honoring their free upgrade.
Ordered green ankle socks in medium x5 with the 30% off. Then received an email back stating they don't have them and I can upgrade to another sock. Two options available. I took them up on the free upgrade option, lightweight version for $19.99 vice $9.99. Get a few more e-mails attempting to sell me ankle sox, and then got an e-mail today stating they don't have a medium and want to sell me black in size large. I checked on their website and medium ankle sox are available. So, after 12 days of back and forth I cancelled my order and requested to be removed from all their email. I understand it's a family owned business, however, if you don't honor what you offer then we are finished. This stinks because I wanted these to be my "go to" sox.

I actually like the socks BUT don't trust their warranty.
First time i got holes in the socks ( I didn't know there was a warranty) I threw them out and contacted them later, they said I needed a picture for proof. Fine, I figured I wasn't expecting anything before anyways. Next time I got a hole, I took a picture and discarded the sock. I had proof now! I got really busy and email their customer service a couple weeks later, "please send the sock back". 1 if i pay to send it back that's not free of charge 2 Why wasn't this mentioned 2 months ago when I emailed last time?
They are comfy but do wear through pretty quick from my experience.
