Exchange needed
I needed to exchange purchased product. I was struggling with the return info. I sent a email requesting support. Emma nor just supported me but actually did the exchange and sent me the return lable . All I did was print and take to postal office. Thank you Emma

All year round comfort!
These socks (Boot Cut) have replaced all my previous thicker boot cut socks and compression socks. I have worn these in the summer and winter (hunting) in Virginia and my feet don't get too hot or cold (inside insulated boots). The other noticeable difference is the socks don't smell too bad after wearing for more than 7 days straight.

It's very disappointing because I've seen this ad for some time and really wanted to try a decent pair of socks. I'm sure they're fantastic if they are the right size but not for me

Love the product.didnt like i received wrong size ,reordered and didn't get sale price. So instead of 8 pair returned i could only purchase 4 pair.

Good customer service
I like the way customer service actually gets back to me in a timely manner. Hopefully they can help me with an overcharge on my last order. I absolutely love the socks especially the boot socks. The delivery time on my other orders was exceptional.

No Follow-through or customer service!
Ordered with the expectation of the 2-4 day delivery as advertised. Its been 2 weeks and I've tried contacting them to no avail. Terrible follow-through and customer service!

Delivery was delayed for two months to the day unacceptable. The socks are so tight they cramp my feet but the length was correct

200 day warranty, not 1000 day!
I bought a 5 pack of socks because a fb ad said guaranteed for 1000 day. The last pair made it to day 220. When I looked into the warranty claim, their website said 200 days. Thats a far cry from 1000 days. The socks dont last and there is basically no warranty. I bought a competitors pair of socks that claim a lifetime warranty the same week. They are holding up great. Disappointed in willowace.
