Willow vanity is a pleasure to work with. The customer service is very quick and responsive. One time the vanity we ordered arrived slightly damaged and they replaced everything quickly. The scheduling calls are very convenient before the delivery.

The guys showed up within the delivery timeframe and did an excellent job prepping my floors for the box that the vanity and countertop arrived in. They were pleasant and professional. Willow is my go-to source for vanities. I have used them for over 5 years and have only had wonderful experiences! Highly recommend!

I screwed up my order (novice DIY bathroom remodel) and the team was very responsive. The best part is that I could call them, email them, and text them - and their internal tool allows the whole team to be up to date on the issues I was having.

A $4,000 purchase with an unknown company compelled me to call in the order instead of use the web interface. A good idea. Processing the sale was painless, and the agent was extremely helpful. The shipping company (who should be fired) was a mess, and Willow et all did a great job of keeping things on track and make sure our purchase arrived on time and undamaged. One small piece of hardware was missing, and the tracking number was provided the day I reported the problem. Ella was particularly amazing.

I'm a designer turned contractor and have ordered from Willow several times before. Their customer service is fantastic. They are quick to respond to text or phone calls or email. They are thorough and pleasant and make the purchasing process so easy. The vanities are the real star of the show! They are so solid! The drawers slide easily, the colors are wonderful, the thought inside each cabinet is beyond anything I could design. We will continue to use Willow, over and over!

Vanities are beautiful and very well made. One of the few companies that customize the holes for the faucet type and sink placement. Highly recommend this company.

Very well made cabinets. I wanted a specific counter, so I ordered the cabinet only; two actually for dual bathroom renovations. Delivery was a bit wonky and the driver set one vanity atop the other. The weight pushed the bottom feet through the pallet. Thankfully they are well made and there was no damage.

We had an outstanding experience with Willow bath & vanity. Bes, a customer service staff member helped us from beginning to end with every question, detail and follow up. I was so impressed by his responsiveness and willingness to help. The vanity is excellent quality for price. I love that it is not quite the price tag of custom cabinetry but has many options for cabinet color/stain, and choice of countertop and hardware. One of our handles came with a knick in it and Bes shipped a replacement, with no questions asked. We will absolutely recommend Willow bath & vanity to our friends and family.

I love Willow Bath’s vanity selection. I use them a lot in my renovations. They are all wood with dovetail and soft close drawers. The selection is fabulous and the staff is wonderful. I shop with Bes in Norcross and Olga in Alpharetta.

The light teak vanity looks absolutely nothing like the online photos or even the photo they sent before they shipped. It is dark and red in person not light like online AT ALL. The light natural teak in person looks identical to the dark natural teak photos online. When I called they said to was wood variation. They said there was no possibility that they sent the incorrect vanity. Very disappointing. A lot of money to spend on something that turns out looking nothing like what you expected.
