My initial experience with Win Bonanza was deceptively positive. Creating an account and making my first purchase was a seamless process. However, the experience took a sharp turn for the worse once I attempted to redeem my winnings.
I have been waiting for a successful redemption since April 12th. Despite emailing customer support multiple times, I have received nothing but generic, automated responses. There has been no genuine effort to communicate or resolve the underlying issue. It is disappointing that a platform so quick to accept payments is so reluctant to honor payouts.

Make sure you are all the way verified before making a redemption be a use if you have enough sc to cash out and your not verified then they will wait you out till you spend all your sc or spend enough to put you under the minimum redemption. Doesn't matter if the casino is trustworthy or not they all practice slimy behavior like this because regardless of how good you think a casino treats you your nothing but another person they can profit off of at the end of the day period.

One of the worst sites to get verified on always need something else. I've tried a couple time finally just gave up to many sites that are much easier to deal with to waste a week on getting verified here.

Issues at first
My initial experience was very disappointing. I had a lot of connectivity issues, it was bad but since I had already purchased I was trying to play my money. Then I ran into an issue with a bonus round, I won like $10 but my balance wouldn’t update. I was mad. I contacted customer service and they eventually helped and credited me $20 for my troubles. I was already down to nothing but I was able to somehow turn that 20 into $100 and withdrew. KYC wasn’t too bad and I got my winnings within a few days. I haven’t had issues since then. I won another $50 off just the daily sc and withdrew that. Their referral bonus might be tiny though, I referred some ppl and got like $1 each.
