Window Nation - Atlanta Avis 

The installation was onerous despite the people being really kind. The wrong window, etc. For the price, I expected more. All in all it ended well and quite beautiful but took multiple months and very little communication from the company.

The crew was very pleasant and efficient to change 23 windows out in a day and take the time to let us know the door was coming and kept us informed throughout the window installs

Noel and Weyma were great, hard workers, never complained, did an excellent job of removing and installing our windows, if I ever get more windows I’ll ask for them. Their the BEST!

Kyle was great. Love our windows. Had some hiccups and clean up lacked, but we would finish our house with window nation again.

All of the customer service was great from the sales person to the finance people to the measuring person up until installation when I encountered the Customer Service Manager. He was extremely rude. There was a communication issue regarding my appointment confirmation (it was not confirmed). His approach was to prove me wrong, chastise, punish, and attempt to charge me ($350), as opposed to resolve the issue. He was extremely rude. I never received my confirmation (no text, no email, no voicemail). I didn’t receive the text with my two hour window for my appointment time, only the date. The CS Manager was argumentative with me instead of recognizing that there was a communication error. I even told him I was going to let WN know I no longer wanted to do business with them, due to my interaction with him. His response, was “tell them”. So I’m telling everyone now . I would rate him below zero stars. Because everyone else was so great I went with 2 Stars.

Due to the “Customer Service” manager’s argumentative behavior towards me, I’m not sure if I’m gonna finish the rest of my window project at my house with Window Nation. My experience with him left a very, very bad taste in my mouth. All other staff interactions were great. But it only takes one rotten apple, to spoil the whole bunch.

My experience with the installer was nice. I felt safe. When they got here they immediately went to work. I don’t believe they took a break the whole time ( about 10 hours) they was here. They did a great job with the installation. I am happy with their work z

My experience was great from the beginning. Dexter’s presentation convinced me that this was the company I wanted to go with. Lucas and the crew did and excellent job with the install. Everything went smooth and there was no mess when everything was done

The installation team did a good job . Their caulking could have been better as it was a little sloppy in a few areas . They did not install the specified tempered glass windows in the right locations and have to return to rectify this safety issue to comply with code .
The major problem with this project was the salesman Whit Breeze who was not able to answer technical questions on the installation methods . After I signed the contract we had no updates from him for 3 1/2 months except for a Change Order he generated that was incorrect and he refused to alter it. After calling his management the Change Order was rectified and reduced the contract by $871 to reflect the correct changes.
Don't deal with this guy he is a poor communicator (none) ,technically incompetent and too arrogant to admit he has made a mistake and rectify it.
He was the major delay in my project.

On time, efficient installation with prompt replacement of one defective window. Crew was polite and organized and left after thoroughly doing a clean up.

Window Nation communicates every step of the way, and they stand behind the quality of their work. Whit Breeze was our salesman, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Why I use Window Nation is because they are on time!! When the job is finished it’s like they have never been they leave your house tidy and clean.
They are very professional on keeping you updated and doing the job definitely use them again.

The boys did a good job and I can see clearly now.

We decided to go with Window Nation after looking at several other window companies. I would have to say best choice ever made. They gave great service from the beginning to the end of the project. We still have some windows that were replacing in the near future and will definitely use Window Nation. I definitely recommend if you are thinking about a window project. Very satisfied customer!

The technicians were prompt on time and very professional. The technicians met my expectations and did a great job of installing my windows and taking away and cleaning up the area of installation. I would highly recommend window Nation and plan to have the other two windows in my home replaced in the near future.

Technician arrived at the appointment time went straight to work and finished at appropriate time job looks amazing 👏.

Definitely a lurchy buying experience with about a three month wait for five windows but the final product is high quality and was well installed. I plan to buy more windows.

They installed the incorrect window screens and now want me to pay for the correct screens. They installed two correct half screens and the rest are full screens that can’t be opened. Wrote a letter to the CEO and never heard back from anyone regarding my concern. Spent over 25,000 on all my windows and no customer service. Please do your research before using window nation. I will also go on the radio show that I heard the ad and let people know to be careful.
