The order placed July 23rd and duly paid. The delivery lost at Fedex Bedford with no effort by Winedirect to describe the package to FedEx. Phone not answered. Hypetlinks do not work, phone calls rare... Voir plus

Purchase of wine. Ordering of wine was straight forward , The wine was a fair price and delivery was promised within five days, The delivery arrived within the five days packed very securely. tracking the delivery was easy with Parcel Force so I was able to be available for the delivery, An excellent service by both Wine Deals Direct and Parcel Force ,

Always reliable
I use Wine Deals Direct as both my local supermarkets have stopped stocking my favourite red wine. The prices are competitive, even when factoring in the delivery charge and they deliver in the time scale set out in the website. Also I don’t have to carry the wine from the supermarket! What’s not to like!

Terrible Company
I ordered 18 bottles of wine from Wine Deals Direct on 20th August 2023. The confirmation arrived with a delivery time of 'within 5 working days from date of order'. My full payment was taken by credit card on 20th August. On 30th August I emailed asking where my order was, 8 working days had passed. I emailed again on 31st and again on 1st September informing them that I was going to contact my credit card to report this order had not been delivered and I would be making a claim against my card. I also followed up my emails with telephone calls. The phone numbers just ring out and cut you off. On 6th September I got a call from Wine Deals Direct without a clue who I was. They were just responding to 2 missed calls. I asked the man on the other end of the phone to find my order, which he did, and clearly nothing had been done about it at all. I then asked to cancel my order as I was not prepared to deal with a company that takes money and does not provide the goods or tell you of any problems. The man on the other end of the phone agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund to my credit card. It is now 11th September and no refund has been received. Even though on the phone it was realised by the man that my order had been missed, or ignored, there was absolutely no apology for poor service. He clearly did not want to do business. I have written another email detailing the phone call we had and his agreement to issue a refund but again no response. To date, 11th September no refund received. I will go back to my credit card on Friday (thus giving Wine Deals Direct) 8 working days to give me the promised refund. I, obviously, will never use this company again and suggest no one else does either if they want to receive their wine ordered and paid for!

Customer service sucks
Their shipping status link doesn't work and they don't respond to phone calls or emails. I've just contacted PayPal to get reimbursed. Won't be shopping with them again.

Wine Deals Direct great service, wine arrived on time.
One improvement could be communication that order is being processed sent E-mail no reply called and no answer, but they called straight back.
Have used several times and will continue to use in the future. 👍
