Great Customer Service
I recently placed an order in response to an email offer for Labor Day and forgot to apply the discount when checking out. I wrote and asked for help and Jennifer was so very supportive and assisted me with sorting out my errors. I was able to cancel my erroneous order and reenter one correctly and Jennifer assisted me all along the way. I have used them for over a year with…
I have used them for over a year with no problems. The orders came in a day or two. The last 2 times I ordered were horrible! The first order came over a week late. I sent many emails telling them to cancel it but they said I would have to pay a fee. The wind did finally come but very late. I figured I would give them another chance thinking it was a fluke thing, but the same thing happened. I spoke to someone on the phone, another country, and they said they would get back to me, but never did. I did finally get it cancelled and my money returned but took 2 weeks for the whole process. They should not take the money out of your account until the order is shipped. I will go to a new company. Not worth the aggravation. I would NOT recommend!!!

Excellent company
I love wine insiders and have been a long term customer since the start of the pandemic, when I needed a delivery wine, and then have stuck with them ever since due to the amazing prices and qualities of the wine. We have been purchasing from wine insiders for three years.
We have been purchasing from wine insiders for three years. We have never had a delivery in 3-4 days. Typically, our wine is delivered 5-6 days. Our current order was placed on 7/31/2025 and it is now 8/7/2025 and the order status is "in Process." Once it gets a tracking number, we will still have about 2-3 more days until our wine arrives. It's not like we live in a remote area. We live in Cincinnati.
Most of the wine is good, but there are some stinkers.

However not now,I ordered my wine last July 30 n today is August 6th and they haven’t shipped my wine yet. This is ridiculous.

Lost on the Columbus Beltway
Wine was supposed to arrive Wednesday at Fed ex store - and it was a no show until maybe today, but I've had no confirmation of arrival.3-4 days riding around Columbus in 90+ weather ought to do wonders for the 15 bottles of wine ordered. Call WI customer service yesterday and they said they would track it down and let me know w/i 24 hrs.-didn't happen.

This was my third order. I love their customer service as much as I love their wine, "Abbazia Moscato Rose Dolce". I had a question before ordering my third shipmemt. Eula was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. She helped me solve my problem quickly and efficiently, so I was able to continue with my order with no problem. I've been ordering from Wine Insiders for a while now
My last order was handled absolutely horribly. I placed the order on July 9th. The package was damaged in shipment. I called to get a clarification about the process of correcting the situation. I was told that the order was being processed again. Several days later I still had not received any communication that the wine had been reshipped. I sent several emails, getting a runaround each time. I was told that they couldn't resend the package until they had confirmation that FedEx had shipped the damaged order back to Wine Insiders.
I had purchased the package protection. The order should have been reprocessed immediately. It's been 14 days since my initial order. I had received no notification from Wine Insiders until I called them on July 23rd. I was told that the order had been repackaged and would be resent within the next couple of days.
I'm going to have to think about whether I will order wine from them again.
