My Winkbed is exactly what I’d hoped, firm and comfortable. Customer service responded to my email within a few hours. Pick up services were also very communicative. My expectations were exceeded in every category.

The mattress arrived a lot earlier than they stated. I thought, based on the site, that it would take 2 weeks just to be made. It arrived in a few days. I enjoyed the process of receiving my bed directly to my home. As a sole woman dragging it inside, it wasn't too hard alone. I used ChatGpt to narrow down which specific one to order for my needs. I was able to maneuver it onto my platform bed. The packaging said it comes with a razor to split the plastic but it did not. I got it cut back with my own blade.

Th3 bed is comfortable. It actually took me a few nights foe my body to adjust to the comfort after my old mattress. But now, it's great, I get good rest on it. The overall experience was good. I only dislike that I now have to figure out how to remove my old mattress. Which reminds me, there is a fee in the pricing for mattress waste even though they (Wink) doesn't do the removal of the old one. I definitely recommend purchasing this way.

Actually easy to set up.

Nice bed so far, but construction is not perfect with some slight flaws I'm a bit concerned with. Some of the foam or top layer material has a slight raised roll about 2 feet in length. It is currently at the foot of the bed but wondering if I will notice when I rotate to head of bed. Also springs slightly bulging out on one side when compared to the other. We will see how works longer term.

Probably a great bed but the Soft version isn’t so much plush, as it is sinking. It feels decent at first, if not a bit firmer than I expected. Most mattress are firmer than you’d expect at first. However the issue arose 3 hours into the night waking up with back pain since the bed had sunken in so much that I was now in a small valley. It was deeply uncomfortable and not what I expect from a plush mattress at all.

I thought I was shipped the wrong mattress because this is NOT firm. But the label on the mattress states "Luxury Firm". This is the softest, least firm mattress I have ever owned. I know "firm" is a relative term but I can't believe anyone would think this mattress was in any way firm.

One week in - and the mattress is excellent and as advertised. Seems the right amount of firmness and give - able to sleep on either side or on stomach (male, 6ft1 180lbs, athletic). The mattress is HEAVY. I was just able to unbox, get it upstairs and move and install myself. I recommend having a friend help unless you too are a powerlifter.

The bed came in a good box, no damage, it unfolded quickly. I set it up and slept on it the same night since the website said it was ok to do so. I put in my calendar the rotation cycle per warranty instructions. I am 5'9 190lbs primarily a stomach sleeper then a side sleeper. For me the bed felt great and my body is adjusting. It is too early to tell the durability and longevity but I will make an update if needed. So far, so good.

We had an issue with UPS loosing the package but once I contacted winkbed they immediately sent a replacement, which arrived extremely quick.

Very pleased with the serviced promised and delivered. The replacement bed is as we had expected for a comfortable night's rest.
At this point I await instructions regarding the
pickup of the first mattress.

Bed is great. Box came open, tape was tampered and blade per instructions, was not inside. This is more of a delivery carrier and how they handled the package. Live my new bed!

Great quality mattress and it shipped quickly!

I made a shipping mistake when ordering and the winkbed team was fast and efficient to correct it. The whole process was incredibly smooth and the mattress is amazing, best thing I've ever slept on. The customer service is top tier in an age of automated bots that can't seem to get you what you need it was such a refreshing experience. The product is a 10/10 and the company is an 11/10 in my book, can't recommend Winkbeds enough, and made entirely in the U.S. to top it all off.

I received the wrong product but WinkBed sent the correct one after I emailed and explained the issue.

Our son ordered the Luxury Firm but we wanted more firmness. We ordered "Firm". It's supportive and comfortable. Very happy.

Bed delivery was easy, it came in a box and was inflated fully in a couple days. I am not heavy but I got the plus bed because it is more firm which is perfect for me. It's still very comfortable. Overall it is a great bed at a reasonable price.
