I had researched on-line, and Winkbed was my #1, but my husband did not want to buy a bed without trying it out, Sandman Sleep gave us the opportunity to do that, they had all of the top 3 that I had narrowed it down to online,
Duke was helpful in-store, We also purchased set up which included taking the old bed away, All was scheduled quickly and went well,
We have slept on our new Winkbed for almost a week, love it. My husband is actually getting up about a half hour earlier than before and says it’s because he is getting better sleep,

Very comfortable bed, I recommend it to all varieties of sleepers

We have had the winkbed for only 3 years and the last year it has become extremely uneven and causes me severe back pain. We flipped our mattress regularly, there is no reason after only 2 years it should be this worn and uncomfortable. Complete waste of money.

Delivery was earlier than expected. The bed is not bad, good and firm. Not positive on the cost to benefit, feels like any other bed at lower price.

Easy to deal with. Great mattress. I may get another fpr one of my guest rooms. This one may be too firm. I will see over a few weeks.

🚨 Warning: My Frustrating Experience with WinkBeds 🚨

I want to share my experience with WinkBeds to help others avoid the same issues I faced.

I placed an order for a mattress and accessories on September 6, 2025. Immediately, I found out that my platform bed was missing. I tried to reach out via email, the only way to contact them, but I received little to no response. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, my concerns remained unresolved.

Legally, WinkBeds has failed to fulfill the terms of the purchase agreement. They didn’t deliver the goods as promised, which breaches the contract and violates consumer protection laws. After nearly 30 days of waiting, I still don’t have a functional bed, which impacts my rights as a consumer to receive the product and service I paid for.

If you're considering a mattress from WinkBeds, I urge you to think twice. Your investment and sleep deserve better!

Went to look at the bed on Sunday and ordered. Delivery was on Wed. Super fast and great quality sleep thus far. Would recommend.

The item was shipped quickly and arrived at my door within a week of placing the order. I changed my mind about something extra I included, and though there is no human contact other than email customer service, the adjustment was made to my payment and a refund was issued immediately. One star off for no phone customer service, but otherwise a great experience.

So far mattress is great - perfect combo between softness and support. Very happy with the Wink bed so far
