Order arrived promptly and set-up was easy.

The mattress arrived on time. It was very easy to open
and sleeping on it was great. Would buy again if I needed another.

Delivered promptly and the bed was ready to be used quick. So far loving the bed and have not had any issues

So far they have been true to there exchange plan. Bought a Luxury firm mattress and after 60 days echanged it for a softer one. Received the second mattress in 5 days no questions asked. Have to return one of the mattress in 60 days.

Intuitive website, on-time delivery, easy set up, great first night's sleep (last night).

Service has been very good. The matress is more firm than expected. Planning to give it a month or two and then consider exchanging for the softer option

The person I talked to on the phone guided me directly to the mattress I needed. I trusted her and am glad I did. Only negative comment I'd have is that the mattress was dropped off in our driveway without previous notification.

Bed is great so far, delivered in a timely manner in a well constructed box. Interested to see how it wears in.

I rate this 4.8 stars. WinkBeds was quick to reply when I asked if they had an ETA on the order, and they were friendly and professional in their responses. Coincidentally, the order showed up that same day.

There was a separate confirmation of delivery email, as well, but for whatever reason I never saw an email with tracking information when it shipped. That was the only reason I didn't give a full 5.0 rating.

The anticipation!! I just moved and decided on this new bed as a moving in and birthday gift to myself. I loved how WinkBeds kept me posted of when my bed was put into production, when it was shipped, and when it was delivered. And when it was delivered it came with a welcome card. It made the special purchase of a new bed even more special. Also, it came in less than a week!!

After ordering, which was easy, there wasn't much that went right. The setup/haul away company rescheduled twice because they 'couldn't find a crew' to do the work. When the crew did come, it was obvious they didn't have training for moving large objects like mattresses. They didn't lower the mattress before going through the bedroom doorway so consequently ran into the door header, knocked a picture crooked on a wall, slid down the stairwell back-to-the-wall most of the way to stabilize themselves, knocked the chandelier in the stairwell so hard it turned into a pendulum with a four-foot arc. When they placed the mattress on the bed, they were ready to leave, but I had to ask them to true up the mattress as it was off center lengthwise by several inches. I normally tip service employees very well, but that didn't happen with these two. I won't go out of my way to publicize my opinion, but I certainly won't recommend this service.
