Mattresses were awful! We tried several and none were as described!
Soft was not soft and medium was hard

The bed is fantastic. But we were charged for setup and didn’t have that done. I would like a refund for the set up charge since the mattress arrived before anyone called to schedule the setup. I would expect that the bed would come with an actual delivery service and not fedex

Arrived within 8 days and unpacked easily. Mattress is insanely firm, I am holding back any opinion for at least a month. Hopefully it holds up well.

Did a lot of research on mattresses before placing my order for my WinkBed mattress. I purchased a Nectar mattress five years ago but over time it seems to be loosing it’s firmness and I was waking up with back and leg pain. Although I was apprehensive about ordering another mattress without trying it, the return policy on WinkBed mattresses seemed like the most straightforward. I received my mattress six days after placing my order and I could not be happier with my purchase. I got the king luxury firm and it is so comfortable. Not too firm and not too soft. It strikes a perfect balance. And the good news, from the first night I slept on it I no longer wake up with leg or back pain.

We received the exchange mattresses and the firmness was correct. We are awaiting the pickup of the original mattresses

The bed is good, good, fast delivery. However, the coordination for the bed removal and set up was TERRIBLE (LoadUp). I live in a rural area so there are not a lot of options for this type of service BUT they waited until the day of, to find someone to come out and set up my bed. They finally found a company THREE days later - with 4 hour window options for them to come out. Loadup would not offer me a refund if they could not come up.
WinkBeds did offer me a refund for the set up and removal service but they followed up with Loadup for me, so that company is good. They should not partner with Loadup.

Everything was on time, and the bed is feeling wonderful. My one quibble: I would have appreciated a pamphlet or link to care information—especially with regard to turning for breaking-in and later. I love it and want it to last a long time!

I ordered the luxury firm as I like a soft mattress and my boyfriend likes a firmwr mattress. After 1 week I knew it was roo firm. As soon as the 30 day trial was over I contacted winkbed and they sent me a replacement. The soft is so much better! Highly recommend 5he soft for anyone who does not like a very firm mattress. The soft is still firm but not too firm.

Although I liked the firm plus. My spouse did not. We switched to the luxury firm and we both love our new bed. I actually sleep a lot better. I highly recommend

The delivery men were so efficient. In and out in 25 min. The salesman at the Sandman store in Naperville was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The mattress arrived faster than estimated. It was easy to set up and so far has met my expectations.

Mattress setup was not received

My bed came quickly and was easy to set up. I have had it for about two weeks now and I am very happy with it. I can't expect it to take away my pain, but at least I am able to sleep through the night now!

Customer service is lacking and they didn’t follow up with me to ask if I liked the bed which I thought was odd. But I do like the bed and that’s why I’m giving the five stars. It’s absolutely phenomenal.
