Wonderful service
Ordered some vouchers to be delivered locally and the service was wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Wonderful
Wonderful click and collect service even though they must have been really busy around Christmastime! The staff were lovely when I went to pick up the books and helped us choose an extra one for our nephew.

Browse and enjoy
I was able to browse and order online and I enjoy visiting the bookshop to explore titles and experience the atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The only bookshop you need
Online ordering was very simple to use, I love that the staff are so kind, helpful and friendly and the text service is great to let me know when the item is ready to collect. Love this bookshop, we are so lucky to have this on our Dorset doorstep.

Wonderful local bookshop. Friendly knowledgeable staff and loads of great books. Better to support independent bookshops than buy on Amazon.

Good reasons to support an independent bookshop
Website was easy to browse the shelves and I found the three completely different books that I was looking for. Ordering was straightforward, the payment secure and email confirmation reassuring. Delivery time spot-on. The pleasure of receiving books from Winstones is in the way they are packed … one of the many good reasons to support an independent bookshop.

you found all the books I wanted but…
you found all the books I wanted but suggested an alternate child's book to the one I ordered as it is out of print. Very pleased with the substitute as I am sure my granddaughter will be when she opens it on Christmas Day.
The icing on the cake is to have a delivery to the door which is much appreciated. Merry Christmas to you all!
