Warning – this is a scam.

I tried to withdraw £2,000, but for three weeks I couldn't get through the verification process. Every time, they rejected my original bank statement as proof of deposit and my original PDF electricity bill, without giving any reason.

But that's not even the worst part. Each time they rejected my verification, my withdrawal was also rejected and the funds were returned to my casino balance. To request another withdrawal, I had to wait four days because the daily withdrawal limit was only £500. This went on for three weeks until I eventually gave up and lost the money, which is probably what they were hoping for.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with an online casino.

I am submitting this complaint because I believe my case has not been investigated properly.

I have repeatedly explained that I did not intentionally place the £221 bet. Before that bet, I was playing with a stake of only £0.50. According to my betting history, my previous bet was placed at 22:01:29, and the £221 bet was recorded at 22:01:38, only 9 seconds later.

I strongly dispute that I deliberately changed my stake from £0.50 to £221 and placed that bet within such a short period. I believe this should have been investigated much more carefully instead of simply telling me that the bet was placed manually.

I have also contacted your support team several times. I was told that I would receive an email explaining the outcome of the investigation, but I have still not received it. I have followed up three times without receiving a proper response.

I am requesting a full review of my case and a detailed written explanation, including all technical evidence that supports your conclusion. This should include the relevant system logs, timestamps, device information, IP address records, and any other evidence relied upon during your investigation.

If this matter is not resolved fairly, I will escalate my complaint to the appropriate independent dispute resolution service and the relevant regulatory authorities. I will also share my experience publicly so that other customers are aware of how my complaint has been handled.

I expect a prompt and detailed response.

7 weeks waiting for withdrawal and doubt I’ll get it as now they are ignoring emails avoid!!!
