Wishpocket Avis 241

I wrote a review on here 29th March about Wishpocket! I finally recieved my parcel 5 days after, totalling to 13 days, but the nightmare continues, I recieved email from Wishpocket customer service 8th April, saying my refund request has been accepted!!! I did not request a refund, having said all that I am happy with the item I purchased, it was well packaged and left with my neighbour as I wasn't home, maybe to be continued...

Be very aware buying anything from this lowlife company in fact don't purchase anything from them they are crooks scammers I wish I had read reviews first bunch of misfits I bought there car polish it's in the smallest spray pots ever and I bet it's some diluted crap

I ordered cleaning products from this company 5 weeks ago however to date nothing has been delivered and there is no replies to my follow up emails.

Ordered this quick effect coating agent ,absolutely shite will never buy anything from them again ,

AVOID this company like the plaque! I bought the wooden man as a xmas present. it made it all the way over from China. EVRI lost it which to be fair isn't the companies fault. I have messages from EVRI Admitting it is lost & to contact the seller which i did. I then got an email back of a screen shot of the tracking which shows 'in transit ' no explanation NO resolution. I replied with the message from EVRI proving they are Admitting they have lost it and to get in touch with seller & im still waiting for then to answer my email so no hope of getting any money back.

I placed an order for 1 bottle of mould remover & have been sent 6 in total now & charged over £50 on my PayPal account please be careful when ordering from this sham company I’ve raised a dispute with PayPal as well as contacting direct so am awaiting the outcome . I live in a flat not a mansion so why would I need 6 bottles !!!!! Joke

I bought 3 basin & drain clog products. After the first payment they are showing their product price less & offer which is a disguise. It takes ages to receive the products. After delivery I used their products which cause more clog on my basin sink. Totally disappointed. It’s a scam. Please don’t buy any product from Wish pocket, complete scam.

If it was possible to put zero I would have. Doubled my order at check out and no reply when I contacted them by email, no phone number available. Will be pursuing a refund via PayPal as this was how I paid. Avoid like the plague in my opinion.

Purchased four books for writing and numbers, not fit for purpose and half size as advertised. No communication or email other than when I received confirmation of delivery. Sent as instructed on only email why I wished to return book, two weeks later nothing. Avoid this company.

I bought the book shaped mug, which looked nothing like the picture…..cheap rubbish not mention it taking 18 days to arrive!!

Would not even give 1 star. Paid for my goods and almost 13 weeks later, have still not received them. Multiple messages to customer services to be told to allow 2 weeks…. When it was already way over. No replies to any more emails recently. Thieves.

Probably thieves would best sum this lot up. I paid for my goods, they said it was delivered. No evidence, no photo no proof that they delivered it. I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions, I got an automated reply advising me what to do. I followed the instructions but guess what? They seem to have blocked my email address. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS. I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give zero.

Needed to return 2 items, sent them numerous emails and no reply. Bad bad company. Save your money

I have never received my order and tracking via my pay pal a/c ishows no activity. Can it find a way to retrieve my money

Not the best customer service in the world. I ordered the wooden man, money left my bank. No acknowledgement, no order number and 2 weeks later still no wooden man. Was about to contact them (only available by email) when lo and behold the little man arrived. Must say the product is just as advertised and really lovely. His now bouncing around on my dashboard.

Be careful I ordered cards and have been led to contact wish pocket and comfy bear , I’m not sure who I’ve ordered from. Do not buy from these companies I have not received goods and it’s under the threshold for section 75 so have lost my money

Damaged goods when arrived.
Sent four separate emails to customer service shocking too deal with like talking to a robot .
Will never buy from this company ever again terrible service waited weeks on delivery aswell would give zero stars of I could.

I ordered car polish from this company, I have received my order and confirm that what I ordered too what I received is 100% completely different, this is a total scam 100% a total scam, please don't purchase the car polish

I purchased a handheld steamer and I am reluctantly giving 1 star because it’s really deserved ~0. The worse company ever, their product is not effective at all and when asked for a refund they refused and want to give me a 20% off for a next item in their website. I’ve contacted them at least more than 10 emails to try and return the item but they refused and they took an awful long time to reply their email. I’m still trying to deal with this since my purchase in August and now we are nearly end of October.

Took my money despite website saying order would be cancelled (wouldn't recognize my delivery address)
Have now emailed for a third time(no response to previous emails)
No products received and no refund issued.
AVOID!!
