If I could give it 0 I would. Do not buy from this company. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I have not received my make up bag. Tracking number does not exist I have emailed them and had no response. I intend to report them to try to stop anyone else losing their money

I ordered a bracelet from this company for my son for Christmas. It arrived today ( despite tracking number not existing ) in a cheap plastic bag.. no box as advertised and it’s broken. Have sent them an email.. they supposedly have a 24 hour help line which doesn’t seem to exist either.. not expecting a reply from them.. I am so disappointed and so cross. Don’t use this company!!

Ordered on 25th November and still no items after numerous emails and telling me because its so popular been a delay I have ordered 4 items so I'm guessing won't be here for Xmas DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE I'm thinking now been scamned

Scam do not order . Tracking number given does not exist . Response to first email was to be patient item is in transit. No response to 2nd email . Still not received goods .

A word of warning please do not order from this company! I ordered two braclets for my sons for Christmas on November 12th. Still not received, emailed three times no response! Tracking number is an automated scam does not exist, just keeps repeating itself there is a delay with your order!

Waited weeks for item,after threats I received item it was broken it was a bauble and was in a plastic bag ,no box or bubble wrap.DO NOT order anything .

Ordered 3 sons bracelets in September, still not arrived iv sent numerous emails my last one I asked for my money back only to be told that the delay in delivery is due to high demand of the bracelet, I'm very disappointed

item was advertised in a box ,it arrived in a rubbish PLASTIC BAG!!! Don;t bother ordering from this 2 bit company ,they will ignore all complaints too ! STAY CLEAR A RIP-OFF

I was really concerned after reading all the negative reviews w this company. However I received my bracelet within 2 weeks of ordering it and was extremely happy with it

Ordered two son bracelets middle November, not received items and have emailed but they don't answer, shocking company will never oder anything again, will contact my bank to recover money

My friend ordered 4 sons and 2 grandsons bracelets on the 3rd of November Pocket Order 74513 And is still waiting for them . She has emailed them and so have i for her and all they say is the the same thing someone will be in touch. But no one has. She paided £46.00 so very doubtful she will get her money back. The tracking number they give you when order has been dispatched doesn't exist when you try to track your order which is wrong. Please do not shop from here. Thank you for reading this.

I ordered a fidget ring on the 23rd of November and i still haven’t had an email to say it’s been dispatched or haven’t received the item either, i know royal mail have been on strike but by now i should of heard something about it, definitely won’t be ordering from here again

Please do not buy from this Company, I ordered a necklace for my daughter & granddaughter, they took the money straight away (through paypal) never received the order, still waiting, contacted them 3 times heard nothing, then I contacted PayPal with a dispute, surprise! Surprise! They contacted me through PayPal, stating they were busy, I request a refund only got 50% back, absolutely disgraceful, read there website about their customer service and company values, its a joke!

Order arrived which is good, but the quality of the actual item is poor and doesn’t resemble the quality of the pictures on their website. It was relatively cheap so you get what you pay for!

Ordered a bracelet for my daughter I guess reading the reviews it's not going to arrive in time at all. Now I have to try and get my money back 😩 😡wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

After all the negative reviews I've read, I was worried that my order wouldn't arrive. And that the goods would be poor, I so glad to say everything turned up and was perfect. No complaints at all.

Do not order from this company! I have not received the item and cannot get a refund as all emails return to myself! Tracking no does not exist either. Is there anything I can do?

I was dubious as ordered item and tracking number did not exist. Also no reply from email/ messages. However 3 wks after ordered have arrived and was just what I had ordered
