The tech that came out was very professional and attentive to our needs. The service to date has been great and have only loss the signal twice and this was in the middle of the night.

Other than occasional outage due to weather or equipment failure, I haven’t experienced any major issues. Problems are usually handled quickly and professionally by your crew.

This is day 3 with NO EMAIL. Here's an excerpt from Wisper's self-description on this site:

Yeah. I suggest editing "spot-on" to "spotty" and "rockstar" to "rocky". Delete all references to "solving" and "service".

We apologize if we did not communicate clearly. Email performance has not been up to our standards recently. To address this, Wisper has been working to replace the hardware causing our email performance to suffer. That work is being done now. As we communicated to you previously, you may notice intermittent service interruptions while we migrate email to the new server. I switched from Cable America to Wisper…

I switched from Cable America to Wisper because of the down time I would constantly get with Cable America. (Sometimes up to 3 months). I couldn't be happier with Wisper. When I signed up, they said I could get the 400MB/S speed package. But when the installer arrived, he said the max I could get at my location was 100. I was fine with that and appreciated his honesty. I didn't even have to ask to make sure I was only being charged for the lower 100 speed package, he did it without even being asked. I've only had one service call in over 7 months and it was due to a bad windstorm knocking the dish out of alignment. They came out within a day or two and fixed it. Workers are always very polite as well. The other day they sent me a message saying they would be stopping by and upgrading my system for free. They showed up exactly when they said they would and upgraded the dish and electronics. I can now get up to the 400 speeds! What I love about Wisper is their honesty and reliability. Something I never had with Cable America. Cable America would no show on appointments and would take 3 weeks to come out (If they even showed). I was a little hesitant at first because weather can sometimes effect internet usage when you get it from a tower and not cable or fiber, but I haven't had any issues even in severe weather. I've had multiple internet providers in different locations throughout the years, including Cable America, AT&T, Wave, Fidelity and CenturyLink. Wisper has been the best out of all of them! If you want an internet provider that cares about their customers, is reliable, honest and easy to work with, I suggest you give Wisper a call!

The Missouri Human Rights Act" Well was…

The Missouri Human Rights Act" Well was hoping to give a better review but after feeling discrimination from the hiring process for being honest about my health seems oh I know illegal but I only read up on the laws.. Customer service is crap tried to call Brea Pearson to figure out why the discrimination has occurred, sales department has me looping over to another department " tech department " when i asked for hr department. Weird thing is I have a interview later in the week same exact position for Spectrum. Long story short not very professional over the phone so I doubt customer service would be any better if allowed near my family. If needing reliable service just keep Spectrum

Guilty of price gouging

My wife and I have had our email accounts with Wisper for several years at a cost of $2/mo for each account--a total of $4/mo. Wisper has now raised the cost to $10/mo per account--a total of $20/mo. That's a 500% increase. This is price gouging plain and simple as Wisper goes the extra mile in contributing to the current inflationary economy.

We hav had it for 4 weeks and have had…

We have had it for 4 weeks and have had an outage every week. It is out again and no one is in on Sunday. Plus I was told previously if it our equipment it take a few weeks for someone to come service it.

Terrible service

Terrible service, terrible support. Wisper or former easynet just don't care. Complaining about internet being slow and going offline is a waste of time because they simply don't care and probably will hang up on you and call you rude. Whether you have internet or not depends on the weather apparently in 2021. Wind is blowing, showers or sun is shining too bright your connection will be lost and as I said above Complaining won't do a thing. Some evenings you can't even watch 10 minute YouTube video without it lagging or stopping but according to easynet or wisper you have the service and it is working so basically deal with it and pay your monthly bill. Keep giving empty promises since last year that my neighborhood is next for the fiber to be installed but of course no fiber, I call that incompetent and unprofessional. They know there are no alternatives in my area so they can do whatever. Would switch to anything new in the area had I had a chance. Horrible overall.

Internet is MUCH better than it use to…

Internet is MUCH better than it use to be with the added extension, but it frequently drops the signal for short periods of time.

We know it's hard to bring quality…

We know it's hard to bring quality internet service to the Lake of the Ozarks, but the strength of the internet connection is disappointing and limits our ability to do what we want to do both for business and entertainment, especially with multiple users. We have talked with people at Whisper Internet and have been told that they are making notes of our concern, but have not experienced any improvement.

Advertised at 25mbps download

Advertised at 25mbps download, 5mbps upload and we don’t even get 1mbps upload. Would be willing to pay extra to get the 100mbps service.
We need faster internet.

Edit: was contacted by a tech and they improved our signal. Much appreciated.

The services whisper internet provides…

The services whisper internet provides are garbage, the internet is terrible quality: download speeds are terrible, my NAT type has never been anything better than STRICT, bandwidth is limited to like 2-3 devices before you start experiencing, "Lag" or "loss of services." Oh, you wanna play FPS games on the Xbox??? Yea good luck The only reason you have a 1 star rating is because there isn't an option for "Zero." Also your customer service rep seemed like a cool person, so he earned you a star from me; give the man a raise. You guys still suck and you'll still get my money because you're my only option. I hope you step on a Lego, I hope your goldfish drownds, and I hope you cell phone charger only works at a specific angle. Good day.... I said good day!

Only at home using wisper internet do I…

Only at home using wisper internet do I have frequent (every couple of minutes) disconnects with OpenVPN to work. I can go to pretty much any public wifi or even use my phone and it does not drop connections like wisper.

I opened up a ticket but have not heard anything back.

I have not recently had any Whisper contact that I remember.

Past contacts have been good.

For an 85 year old guy, I am feeling that the $60per month fee is too much.
