Wouldn't recommend. Expensive and was not willing to extend coverage when my husband got stuck in Brazil.

Exceedingly Impressed with Faye's Email Support
Faye's email support was excellent. I had many questions and emails over several days about booking travel insurance and their responses were very quick. The representatives were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I hope I don't need to use this travel insurance, but am relieved to have it to protect my future travel. Thank you Faye.

Included everything to make my travels worry free
I found that Faye was all inclusive for the coverage that I needed. I never felt that "what if?" during retaining Faye because everything I needed was covered.

Was pretty easy to buy but I’m longing…
Was pretty easy to buy but I’m longing for something that is a lot easier still. I travel a lot and usually forget to buy the insurance I want. I want a product that persists or that I can quickly renew off of my history since I often do the same trips over and over.

Faye app makes travel easier.
We purchased the insurance for our trip to Italy for 17 days. We found the pricing competitive. We did not need to make a claim. We were pleasantly surprised that Faye had a wonderful app that helped us throughout our travels. We received notification as to flight changes, gates for connected flights, weather and other important information that made our trip easier. We definitely would use Faye again.

Peace of Mind
I traveled to South America for 2 weeks. Faye website is straight forward, and easy to navigate. Choosing insurance options that meet personal and travel needs was efficient. It's great to keep all personal records in one place and to share information with a family member. Faye kept me updated with travel information relevant to the countries I visited.
