Wizzle - Sell My Car Avis 

A fantastic and stress free way to sell my car online. Found out this service from Carwow and it took only minutes to submit the details on to the Wizzle site. I received a call and offer from an interested buyer within an hour. A price was quickly agreed and small deposit was then paid to hold the car. Buyer came to my home to collect the vehicle and pay the remaining balance two days later. Chris from Wizzle also followed up to ensure that the sale had gone through smoothly. Will definitely use again and highly recommend this service to family and friends.

I can sum up my experience of Wizzle in one word, “Disappointing”

I had an immaculate, 2 year old car to sell and I thought I’d give Wizzle a go after seeing the many positive reviews and their claims of 100’s (nay, thousands!) of Dealers making bids on my car. Sounded too good to be true.
Unfortunately, it was.
The process to get your car advertised is very quick, slick and very easy.
You then sit back and await the floods of offers…err, nope.
I got 5 “instant offers” of varying rubbish, the “best” being less than WBAC or Arnold Clark, the worst some chancer offering nearly 4k lower than its value!!

Then over the following week I received 2 (yes, just 2 !!!) offers from the “over 3000 dealers” that Wizzle claim to deal with.

One was over £2000 pounds below WBAC and the other was just less than WBAC.

Overall, 2 stars for the slickness and ease of use of the site, but for me, Wizzle was a complete and utter waste of time and effort.

As a theoretical concept, Wizzle is a really great idea, having multiple dealers fighting over your car, however in practice it fails miserably to deliver on its promises.
For me at least. A real shame.

I sold my car quickly and easily within 20 minutes to Available Car for over £500 more than the best offer from Wizzle.

I sold our Volvo XC60 through Wizzle last week. I put up a selection of photos, listed the damage ( stone chips to front bumper, a little damage to rear bumper) and then within a few hours some offers came in. I didn’t accept them as they were not quite as much as I wanted. About 3 days later one of the offers was increased to a satisfactory amount so I accepted. I was contacted straight away by the dealer who placed a deposit and arranged collection for 3 days later. The car was collected on time and the remaining money transferred straight to my account. All very easy and quick. Highly recommend using Wizzle.

Wizzle is a brilliant concept. The service from Wizzle and the dealer (Ocean Automotive / Poole Audi) was superb. Sold Audi A3 in less than 24 hours for asking price. There was no quibbling or last-minute haggling. An excellent experience and would highly recommend!

Put my my BMW X3 on Wizzle early Thursday afternoon and had an offer/bid by the end of the day, car was then picked up 2 days later, finance paid off (due to getting my requested amount for the car) and that was that done and dusted. Very easy process and not hounded with phone calls, one simple phone all from the garage to which I accepted the bid from. Highly recommend

I'll be honest.. I didnt expect a service like this! Unreal Is the only word to describe it. I advertised my car on Wednesday and within 1 hour 50 minutes my car was sold. I was particularly impressed with Wizzles team who called me straight away, asked exactly what I wanted in terms of price and they made sure I got it. The dealer contacted me immediately, communicated really well and arranged finance settlement and collection of the car within 24 hours. Easy to use. Received an asking price offer from a Volvo dealer the same day. The fact that you get offers from dealers is the reason I used it.

Excellent service once again. This is the second time we have used Wizzle to sell a car and it’s brilliant. I also tried using another online car selling service too....being totally honest I find Wizzle’s platform far easier to use than the competitors. The competitor best offer was £2.4K less than the price I achieved through Wizzle. Highly recommend Wizzle!

Quick and easy to get a valuation and set up the sale but unfortunately I did not sell through Wizzle. I got one offer which was £1500 below the estimate. I then left the advert online for 3 more days, but no joy. I ended up using a competitor website and I sold my car in 1 day for £2111 more than the best offer on Wizzle! I may have been unlucky, but it was time wasted for me.

Heard about Wizzle on the CarWow channel, which gave me confidence that they were going to be around for a while. The whole process is ridiculously simple. The advertising of your car and submitting pictures has been designed for a smart phone user. Clean screens and logical prompts. The offers started coming in after a few hours. I waited until I had seen a couple then set a price expectation just above the highest. When a dealer offered that price I was happy to sell.

Communication with the dealer was good, and they provided email and phone numbers so I could check everything out before handing over the keys. As it was going to a franchised dealer, they were able to settle the finance, and send me the balance. Money was in my account the same day they collected the car. The best bit was there was no haggling on the price - other places give you an offer, and then seem to try and knock you down when you take the car in!!

All told this is a fantastic service, and happy to recommend. Only feedback would be that sometimes there was too much communication - but better that than too little.

Accepted an offer on the 13th August
tiny hickup on wizzles end, but dealer got in contact on the 18th August, a collection agent turned up 1pm the next day, money in bank by 2pm, and waved goodbye at 2:10pm. Smooth process!

Really easy process from start to finish, I was always kept in the loop about the offers I was receiving and as soon as the right one came through I was happy to accept! Once I accepted I was contacted by the dealer explaining the whole process of collecting my car and paying me for it which was quick and easy. I would recommend using these guys when selling your vehicle, so much easier than listing privately!

Easy to list. Quick contact from genuine buyer who did not then tell me the price was indicative only and was actually going to be a lot less (as is the case with other sites and services!). Good communication from buyer and impressed that wizzle made contact with me a number of times to check all was going to plan, right up to checking the moeny had been recieved on day of collection.

My car was sold within hours of wizzle advertising it. The whole process was quick and easy. A deposit was put into my account as soon as the price was agreed and when the car was picked up the balance was in my account. Wizzle kept in touch throughout the procedure and I would highly recommend using them
