Lyndsey was cognizant of the fact that the previous appointment was running over and was willing to get me started in setting up my Medicare Advantage plan. Since they are not representing any of the health insurance companies, and are therefore not profiting by swaying you one way or the other, their recommendations are based on what is best for you and your specific circumstances, wants, and needs.
There is no pressure, just peace of mind knowing that while you may not have read through every line of every option available, you are getting the best package suited to you.
And, it costs you nothing but a little time, comfortably spent, talking with Andrew, asking whatever questions that you might have, then, having Lyndsey assist you to get it all submitted online right there with you, if you choose.
They also can help with more complicated options that may come when a person's health circumstance/diagnosis changes.
It was a very easy, relaxed process.
Andrew and Lyndsey seem very genuine, honest, and to be truly caring people who got into this business out of a real sense of wanting to help others based on what had happened to their own loved ones. They seem to have have a strong sense of family, country, and what is right.
