We tailored the options futher because Andrew understood what was important to me. Lindsay assisted me in in identifying local providers that participated in my plan. I loved that when I made my appointment ,I was sent a form so I could fill out my meds and doctors ahead so that when I walked in,Andrew already had looked up the plan that was best for me,as well as saving me some $ on my premium. We talked about my concerns and he was very knowledgeable in all medicare plans and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was welcomed in office by Lindsey and felt at home while there. I was given explanations of every form and Lindsey had a big screen I could see on computer as well, as we filled out all the paperwork.I enjoyed my experience and feel that I have correct plan to fit my needs.
