The ordering process was a very easy process, however I wish that we could have actually spoken with someone to discuss exactly what we needed. The product we received wasn't quit what we wanted but made it work.

It said 2 days for deliver but only…
It said 2 days for deliver but only half my order showed up and I had to contact them for the missing part. i had order wine kits for shipping and was not able to use them for almost a week as not all bit arrived on time.

Great customer service
Great customer service! I wasn't sure what dimensions I need for some packaging I was looking to purchase online. The team at Customer Care responded to my emailed questions promptly and helped me determine what I needed, generating quotes to assist. Would happily recommend Wolfpack to others!

I needed some packing material for my store urgently
takes 45 minutes on the phone... they pass me to each other, she was not professional at all... another person does not answer...put a message for her no response...finally, I drive there...I explained everything again...It took around 2 hours to get my order...got tired of this slow service... a good point she applied %10 off for me...quality of the bubble wrap was too low and pref. not working

I have always received friendly, knowledgeable service from Wolfpack. There is a great variety of products and the free delivery is nice. Delivery is always within a couple of days..

I have been using Wolfpack for about 2 years or so now and they've always been great to work with. Recently, I needed help creating some custom pieces for a client and the team was extremely helpful. They sent out samples overnight and the finished product was delivered in less than 48hrs!

People were very helpful at pickup
People were very helpful at pickup. You do need to change your website though as prices were given per 1000 but the boxes had 2000 in them. Causes confusion not only to the customer but at pickup.
