Traded in my private plate Honda CB500 for a new BMW F900r BMW Motorrad done everything to transfer my plate to my new motorbike fantastic service and communication from Will 100% would recommend!

2nd bike purchased from Wollaston in the last 10 years. Friendly helpfull staff, good range of bikes, on offer, nice coffee and didnt blink when i rocked up 30 mins before closing wanting to see a bike that was in the wharehouse. They offered me what i thought was a good deal and accomodated a couple of minor adjustments reuquested.

Owen was super helpful, dealing with my questions quickly and making the whole process smoother stil. Even loaned me his wafer stash so I could re code locks when i got home to Devon.

I have been a biker for 25 years and bought and sold a wide range of bikes over this time and dealt with a range of motorbike dealers, however I can honestly say I have never dealt with one as professional and helpful as Will and his colleagues at Wollaston BMW.
I have recently purchased a used bike from them and Will was fantastic from the start, sending me a private video of the 2 bikes I was interested in, meeting with me in the day I test ride it, even though he was on a training day, following up all our conversations and always keeping me informed.
We did have a number of conversations going back and forth to finally get a deal done and Will was always helpful and never pushy.
On collecting the bike the hand over was spot on the bike looking stunning and was so pleased with my purchase and using their dealership.
Unfortunately on the ride back a fault came up which was not the dealers fault and just a know issue with some of the Aprilia bikes, I spoke to Will about it and he was so apologetic and genuinely gutted about it, but he has now looked into this fault and dealt with the issue and is due to be sorted, so just shows that their after sales service is just as excellent as their sales themselves.
I am totally impressed with the team there and I can honestly recommend them to anyone that is looking ti buy a quality bike.
When I am looking again I will definitely go to Wollaston first without a doubt.
Thanks Will for all you done for me it’s great to see that there are still dealers out there that do look after their customers.

Took my GSA in for a oil and filter change today and as its out of warranty in a few weeks I asked for a software update and a few oem nuts were rusty so I wanted them changed and I asked for the cam chain tensioner upgrade as well and this was all done free of charge. " Not the service of course " and could not be happier with the service they provided thank you .

I genuinely cannot praise the staff at Wollaston Motors Motorrad highly enough. In my early morning haste to start a weekend long trip across Wales, I made a pretty stupid, school boy technical error with my bike that required an hour plus in the workshop to rectify it.

I rocked up to Wollaston Motorrad on a Friday afternoon when they were clearly very busy and they would have been well within their rights to say "we're sorry sir but we'll have to book it in for next week". I would have been disappointed but I would have appreciated their position nonetheless. Instead, they dropped everything, fixed my biked, checked it all over and road tested it before they gave it back to me!! So thanks to them I was able to get straight back on the road and salvage the majority of my much anticipated trip to Wales with friends, instead of cancelling the whole thing and crying into my beer later that evening :)

I'm beyond grateful that they came to my rescue at the 11th hour and got me back on the road. They've earned a customer for life and I definitely know where I'll be buying my next bike very soon.

I was looking for a new bike and made an enquiry. Owen on the sales desk sent me a video of a suitable machine. A S 800 GS I arranged a test ride which was very useful and agreed to buy. Service throughout was superb highly recommended.

Second purchase of a new bike from these guys. This time a chap called Owen, easy to speak to with no pressure, informative and got me exactly what I wanted . Kept me informed at every step. Highly recommended. If only he was a magician too and could manage a set of vario luggage that noone can get at the moment!

This was the second time I have brought a bike through Owen and both time I cannot fault the service I have received from him I am more than happy. I had been using BMW Motorrad Wolllaston for approximately 5 years for the servicing and fitting of accessories to two of my BMW motorcycles before a short break of a year ish (reason: bought a temporary/interim non-BMW bike) and now had cause to return as I within the last week purchased an R1250 RS (however not from them as a dealership), but having returned to them for an OEM parts accessory fitting query, I was welcomed back as if I had never departed! Jack from the service and parts department has maintained his highest level of customer care and professionalism, looking after me, and quickly sorted my issue without hesitation and expertise.
I would highly recommend BMW Wollaston dealership for sales and servicing and parts as all the staff are always over and above helpful.

I've bought a number of new BMW bikes from Wollaston over the last few years and I've never been disappointed with any of the bikes or the service I received during the purchases.
This time I was looking at the new F800GS and my initial inquiry was dealt with by Owen Reed who walked me around their 2 demo bikes giving me lots of information, suggestions and advice but no pressure. Decision made, order placed and just one week later I collected my new bike.
Owen made the whole experience a pleasure and if you are wondering about the F800GS, well it's a brilliant bike.

I can’t fault Wollaston, Northampton. From the initial e mail contact with Owen to taking the bike away it was about as easy as it could be, this is the second time I’ve dealt with them and on both times they have been seamless, and it certainly won’t be the last time moving forward, also on top of that the help in the service department is great, always willing to help with everything. I highly recommend them.

Bike was exactly as stated in the advert and nothing hidden or missed as far as i can tell.

Excellent knowledge, talked me through all the steps to get my first bike.

Had my valve clearances checked on my s1000xr. I got a detailed video report from Darren and all was okay. He even repaired my loose handlebar controls that were loose ..thank you

I have just completed my purchase of the new R1300GS and once again it was an effortless and pleasant experience. With Wollaston BMW Motorrad, I always get exceptional, professional service and this time was no different. Wollaston Motorrad have been Awesome, From the first time I walked in, having never touched a bike, to ask about their rookie to rider Program where they gave good honest advice with no pressure and showed me around the bikes let me sit on some models to see how they felt. I was introduced to Owen Reed who gave me all the information I needed to make a decision about what route to take to getting my license and owning a bike. A few months later I've passed my test through the BMW rider training and Owen helped me through the process of purchasing a New F750gs. The whole experience has been very accommodating and friendly and really helped me on my journey to becoming a motorcyclist. I would recommend anyone who is interested in BMWs to give these guys a visit.
