Amazing experience, both Rehan and Rahim helped me very much, I am very satisfied and was able to get the perfect car for myself.

Felt nervous coming to buy a car after previous bad experiences, but came here and Jordan the salesman was so welcoming and friendly, he took his time to show me the cars and advise on what car i needed to fit my requirements, most dealers want a sale, Infinity Motors want customers and friends for life.

Great staff. Patience is the key. But, don't just believe my words, come and try this place.

If I could give minus stars I would. From the first contact reporting a fault this company seems to think they are above consumer rights law and don't have to consider a reasonable adjustment request. Causing me considerable inconvenience and distress over the past 8 plus weeks this has been dragging on. I would not recommend and be aware they are not regulated by the motoring ombudsman.

Paid a deposit of £250 to reserve a car, it needed a part and a week later was told they couldn't find the fault so it would need to be sent to the manufacturer for further checks. Requested the deposit back as they couldn't confirm when it would be ready - 30 minutes later the car was back on Autotrader! Still haven't received my refund.

Useless car dealer shop and rude receptionist.

The worst thing that can happen to anyone is have anything to do with Infinity motors.
They will frustrate you, they don’t answer their phones and do not respond to emails.
All they do is sell dead cars and their after sale service is the worst and they will convince you to pay huge amount for after sale service but they will never provide the service.
Very useless set of people.

These people are cons. Don't even try to patronise them because they will frustrate you and turn you to something you do not wish to become.
They do not do proper MOT on cars they sell despite collecting admin fee of £300 on all cars, they do not complete the car service before selling it.
The car I bought from them has almost become parts because everything is falling apart.
They do not answer their phones or respond to email and they tell lies for a living.
Just last Saturday when I had to visit their aftersale workshop because my car would not start (bought the car few months ago and I have been to their workshop almost every month for one repair or the other), the receptionist had the gut to abuse me and she kept on calling me names. On top of that she sent false information in the email she responded to afterwards.
She informed me the transport team will come and check the car that day only send an email few minutes after I left that they will not be coming until 6pm on Monday despite telling her I have an important place to go on Sunday.
They wasted Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday for me, I had to be using taxi everywhere. I'm sure they will not recover the car today (Monday) and will eventually waste more than a week.
They are scammers. All the 5 star reviews are fake because everytime I go there, the customers are not happy.
