I ordered the Flysmus serum stick. DON'T DO IT. PayPal shows Gold as the recipient -
they charged me an extra $20 processing fee but no confirming emails or any correspondence. Product eventually came from China not Canberra and doesn't say Australia on it but United states. Have used it for a couple of weeks to no affect. I don't recall receiving a box on the outside with the contents listed.
I ordered some items on January 14 and promised 2-3 days delivery. Nothing has arrived as at Jan 23. To track a parcel you have to download an app which I’m reluctant to do as there is a cost involved. I have sent several emails and not had the courtesy of an acknowledgement, let alone a solution. Payment has been taken from my PayPal account but nothing from the seller. Very poor customer service!
UPDATE: After 33 days I finally received the products I ordered but not impressed with them. Waste of money
This store is a joke. Products are overpriced and when you pay, they send a receipt but if you check your account they actually take out more than they say. I bought a serum stick and it’s like I’m rubbing butter all over my face. I got a refund for the extra money they stole from me but I want a full refund for the sham of a product that they sent me. Its not an original.
DO NOT BUY SKIN CARE PRODUCTS FROM "WOLTRA STORE"!! This is a scam, and I, along with many others, have been duped into buying their "products". They have taken my $100+ and have NOT sent me my order. They will not reply to my emails and messages, and keep sending me spam emails that say my "order has been cancelled", or that there are "products remaining in my cart", and that the "offer will expire" in [whatever the time frame]... yet the so-called "offer" keeps getting extended. I have commented on their Facebook pages, asking about this, and get no reply. No other commenter has ever replied either. I have also sent them emails addressed to the "store's service/contact page", and have received no reply. Please check sites on your computer, using your anti virus program BEFORE ordering things from the internet. Also, read reviews on TrustPilot, to see what other people have experienced. I have learned a hard, $100 lesson from this experience.
24 January UPDATE: I have finally received the products I ordered, but haven't had a chance to try them out yet. However, I will NEVER deal with Woltra again.
Ordered a product for $76.98 and they charged me $100.70 on my PayPal. Good thing I used PayPal and got the difference back. Now I'm trying to cancel the order but no response to my emails. Total scam!
I have ordered a product called Flymus which is advertised as made in Canberra Australia. I have been waiting for 2 1/2 weeks. Also they charged more on the paypal than was agreed. They have not responded to my query about this.Stay clear is my advice. Here's hoping that I haven't been scammed!!
This is a definite 'no-go' site. Please, don't waste your time and money on these bozos. IT'S A SCAM!!!!
I can’t get a refund & order came from china
I have tried to cancel the order but will not reply to my emails. They have taken two payments from my account, but will not reply to my emails requesting refund, and no response at all, although they keep emailing me asking for a response.
Most frustrating
Product is supposedly made in Australia. Ordered it on the 07/12/2024 and to date still haven't received it. Have a shipping notice from China and it is finally in Australia. False advertising as it clearly isn't an Australian product. Haven't received the product but add to review once I finally get it.
