Same as everyone else, ordered 9 December 2025, had ‘tracking’ to 11 January 2026 then nothing, no delivery, no communication, no way to get in contact. It’s now 7 February and still nothing, tracking dead, no response from anyone. Don’t bother. Absolute scam.

Awful company, I ordered an item, it never arrived, they said I should contact the shipping company who are a company I've never heard of have no contact details.
I've emailed them several times since, and they won't answer me, so they are clearly a fraudulent company!
Stay away!

This company is a complete rip off. I ordered a Grateful Dead commemorative monopoly game in August. I didn't arrive so I complained and they sent a replacement which I received 3 months after the order. A component of the game was missing making it useless. The "offered" a few dollars compensation going up to their max offer of 21. I pressed for a new complete game or the component but they ignored this offering me money which had I accepted would have left me 50% out of pocket and holding a useless artifact. Steer clear of these people.

Dreadful - order had not arrived after 5 weeks, e-mailed them, their response was far from helpful. According to tracking, items had arrived in the UK but were not yet out for delivery. Requested full refund from Paypal (which I got within 2 days), order and tracking completely disappeared, which implies that the items had not been sent to the UK after all.
AVOID!!

This company is the reason those “expectation vs. reality” GIFs were invented. What I received looked nothing like the picture a complete joke. Their customer service was just as bad, offering me a whole $1 as compensation. Don’t trust this company.

This website is a scam and a con. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. The product I bought, based on the product shot they used on their website, was delivered after 6 weeks. When it finally arrived it was not the product that they had shown in their product shot. I contacted them and asked for a refund which they clearly say they offer on their website, and after an email offer of a $4, $6 and $10 refund, having paid $26, they then refused to accept a return and offer a refund. They are con artists. Avoid at all cost.
