Mia was very helpful, she showed us around, explained about the different floors and gave us some samples. Very friendly and kind too. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Lovely staff . She was very helpful and couldn't do enough for myself and my mother. Would recommend anyone to come here , ask for Mia if she is there that day :)

I had an excellent experience with WFS. Unfortunately, an error that was not the stores direct fault happened and the team handled the issue amazingly. Special thanks to the manager Conor who literally went out of his way to put things right for me, it was the best example of customer service I have had in years.
I bought Fika engineered flooring and the product is stunningly beautiful too, and very reasonable. They were the best value of all companies I researched and I am overall super happy with my experience.

Tracker said it was already delivered.
Driver calls at 8.15am to confirm delivery.
Refused to deliver as the address and Eircode differ.
I told him to deliver to Eircode he refused and said he would have to call the office for an address change.
Really poor service.

Fantastic service, fast and efficient plus product is top quality

The quality of the flooring is good.

However, there were 2 very big negative points:
1. Delivery process was a nightmare.
- You need to review the delivery process with the logistics company you use. I only got 30min delivery call notice and I had to ask my boss to leave the office urgently to be there to accept the delivery. Moreover, because of so short notice, I could not warn in advance the builders to bring 37 boxed of flooring and 9 rolls of underlay into the apartment. So I had to do it alone..
- The second delivery had no notice at all and if you miss it then you are charged the delivery fees again.

2. I ordered skirting online and I received NOT the skirting that was displayed on the website. After contacting the store, I was told that they just didn't update the picture of the skirting of my size, but I received the correct skirting. This is it. So I had to keep the unwanted skirting, no refund from the store.

My order of floor, skirting and underlay arrived on time and was securely packaged. The customer service was excellent and they were very responsive and friendly when I had a question about the order. The delivery driver called in advance to make sure I was there to accept order

Very helpful salesperson advised on the choice of flooring and I had a no fuss quick purchase.

Helpful friendly staff and a fantastic display of a range of floors

I have bought the entire floor of my new home with Wood Floor Store. All process from viewing, buying, returning, buying more…was smooth.
On delivery 3 boxes were damaged and they had no trouble in refunding it.
Conor was very helpful with all my questions and quick responding with quotes.
Martin at the store was very patient with all the process of returning floors and buying more products that was needed to finish the flooring job.
I highly recommend this place. And price was the best for the good quality floors that I have purchased.
