Light oak 12mm. Great laminate, poor customer service.
I bought light oak 12 mm for 19.99 around 10 days ago. Today I had to buy 2 more boxes and despite the fact that in the website it says the price is 19.99, they guy in the store charged me 20.99 per sq.m. which I noticed when I got home. Not a big deal for 5-10 euros more but this is not ok for customers. Be carefull what they charge you for.

Great in sales not so in delivery and returns.
Great price and quality.
The delivery date or time was not announced and I had to leave work in the middle of the morning to take on the delivery. This was a sealed palette which would have been dumped in the road if I had not made it clear that this was not acceptable.
Called the company several times to discuss the return of unopened packs and also emailed but never had a reply.

Mixed experience
Good showroom with helpful staff (although sometimes it can be hard to get assistance during busy times).
Processing order and organising delivery was an utterly terrible experience. Unnecessary trip to store because had been incorrectly informed that my product was out of stock. Then organising delivery required 5-6 phone calls, because they couldn't track order with logistics team/company. Finally received confirmation that order would be there in 1-2 hours which caused scramble to ensure could receive delivery with builder.
This would have been a 1-2 star review, except they very quickly replaced damaged box after delivery which was some redemption.
