I ordered 3 types of samples from this shop, two of each to see how they connect as well as to have a bigger surface to compare colors etc. They were all great quality floors. If the samples arrived faster maybe I'd have ordered from them, but in a meantime I found the floor elsewhere and bought it, and a day or two later, the samples arrived. Unfortunate. But if I ever need any again or know of someone who needs to do their floors, I'll be recommending this shop. Nothing to fault.

can’t recommend Wood Floor Store highly enough!
After visiting over ten different shops and trying countless samples over seven months, I still couldn’t find the right shade of SPC or LVT flooring. Then I came across Wood Floor Store online. I ordered a few samples but wasn’t completely sure — until I saw their Dessert Oak. I was under pressure to make a decision, so I just went for it, and honestly, it was the best decision ever!
We absolutely love it. I had ordered a Dessert Oak sample from a local shop too, but it had a strong yellow undertone. The version from Wood Floor Store was completely different — a perfect balance, not too grey and not too yellow — exactly what I had been searching for.
I had originally been looking for SPC or LVT, but since they didn’t have that exact shade in those ranges, I went with the laminate version instead — and I’m so glad I did. It looks beautiful and feels like amazing quality.
When I sent my house plans to get a quote, there was a bit of a delay in communication at first, but once I spoke with Conor, everything went smoothly. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable — a real credit to the company. He clarified everything clearly and made the process so easy.
The delivery driver was also lovely — I had my newborn in my arms when he arrived, and he told me to go back inside while he took care of everything. Such a kind gesture that really stood out!
Overall, the quality of the flooring and the service from the team (especially Conor) were excellent. The floors look stunning — warm, modern, and exactly what I wanted after months of searching. I would highly recommend Wood Floor Store to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality flooring and great customer service.

Very good product and good company I ordered vinyl flooring 2 of them was damaged they immediately replace the item very quick, very good customer service class AAA. I'll buy again in this company in the future.

Very fast delivery of order samples. One sample was not delivered which actually was our preferred choice! I will contact Wood Floor Store to arrange for it to be sent out - hopefully no issue to with this.

I shopped around, visiting 5 flooring stores, and only in Wood Floor Store did I get the standard of service and advice one is justified in getting when making such a big purchase. All the staff whether in person, on the phone, or by email were unfailingly helpful, friendly and efficient. This contrasted with waiting in other flooring stores while the sole person dealing with customers ignored those waiting and expected people in the queue to put up and wait for 15 minutes or more. The price and variety of choice of flooring at Wood Floor Store is highly competitive with the rest of the market and certainly offered the herringbone flooring I was interested in at a better price point than at other flooring specialists.

These guys are all over the place : everyone holds an ipad in their hands but is takes ages to communicate between themselves... Customers waiting way to long to be looked after...
