The product looks of good quality but…
The product looks of good quality but colour does not match online pictures. Online it looks like a brown oak floor and when it arrived it’s a grey/white coloured floor. Not as described

Absolutely disgraceful service
Absolutely disgraceful service! We where told that on the day we ordered our flooring we onmy needed to pay a deposit of half the ammount. We said we could pay he full ammount and the female saleswoman said there was no need.
We where told we would call when the stock was in. We recieved no such call and where left waiting nearly 3 weeks before we went into them. Turns out they had the stock all along and never bothered to call us until they got full payment.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been.
At the time of your order, a 50% deposit was required to secure the floor, which is why full payment wasn’t necessary then. Unfortunately, there were delays with the floor coming back into stock. The floor arrived into our warehouse on the same day you visited the store and was uploaded onto our system later that day.
We contact customers once the floor is fully checked into our warehouse and uploaded onto our system, and calls are typically made at the end of the business day. We’re sorry for any confusion or inconvenience caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
I ordered 2 samples only one came
I ordered 2 samples unfortunately only one arrived the other one got lost with the post but the shop manager has been in touch and confirmed will resend the sample. The quality of the 1st sample is great and I appreciate the quick response from the shop in order to get a refund or the other sample resend.

Hi Christina, I am very sorry to hear about the experience you had with ourselves. I just looked into the order and it appears you ordered one of our stocked samples and one sample we would order directly from a supplier. The order was placed to be sent seperately but sometimes things can go wrong with the delivery companies losing the small parcels. i have refunded the order and also resent the sample.

Hi Uliana, very sorry to hear about the issue you had with our sample order not arriving. Sometimes the boxes go missing with an post, but we would be happy to replace the box free of charge. I have contacted you by email in order to hopefully turn around your expereince with ourselves!

Good experience - I was looking for a floor patch and it's unfortunately not possible, but they were great in trying to help find the right samples.
Will be back to get full replacement flooring when I'm able to.
