We had two deliverys from Wood Floor…
We had two deliverys from Wood Floor Store. The initial delivery was very quick and without issues. The second smaller delivery ran into delivery issues because of issues outside the company's control. I felt there should have been quicker communication from the company in the case of they delay and they accepted that and kindly waived the delivery fee. Impressed at how they handled the feedback.

Great value, and service
From th eget go, on price, availability, arranging fitters, dealing with Wood Floor Store was a pleasure. Ease of payment, and a continuous communication line keeping me updated on stock and supply. Cliona in the office most helpful , especially when we had to revert with trimming queries. The fitter Stephen and his team did everything that was asked and more. Clean, efficient, on time, 2 full days work, no questions asked. Will definitely be using in the future

Excellent Products and Service
I have dealt with Woodfloorstore twice now on two home renovations and they have been excellent. The pricing is excellent while the product range is vast with something for every pricepoint and the staff are extremely helpful.
We went with engineered wood this time but used laminate last time round. The prices beat the competition by a long way on both occasions.
I must give special mention to Chloe, and in particular, Martin who helped me on numerous occasions. Martin was very patient, knowledgeable and dealt with over a long period as we needed quotes for mortgage applications etc.
I would 100% recommend to a friend.

We were a few boxes short of flooring…
We were a few boxes short of flooring to complete our son’s bedroom and only needed to place a small order. The team were incredibly helpful, making sure the delivery cost was reasonable, and their response time was impressively quick. Also, it helps that we LOVE our flooring too.

Exceptional service!
Having visited multiple flooring providers we settled on Wood Floor Store because of the exceptional professionalism and helpfulness of their staff, Naoise in particular.
He took the time to talk through all of our options, each time we visited and no new samples, or revised quotes, were ever a problem.
Coupled with their competitive pricing, the experience made our decision on where, what and how much to buy, as easy as it can be. We only wish every such exercise, in a major renovation project, would have been even half as straight forward!?
